there is no problem with doge ( or any other coin for that matter ) payout option, neither there was a technical problem last week as far as I know
if the transaction has "hold" status it means that the account triggered the  automatic security system and your withdrawal was sent for a manual review
the reasons behind it could be many , the best option would be to contact support
it could trigger to prevent unauthorized login attempts , so a potential hacker could not send your coins away or to prevent bot nets  to abuse free faucet and rains , when
the IP range matches the database etc.
in any case , seems like talking to support solved it , I understand that this is not very convenient for some players , false positives happen
but with the amount of attempted hacks I think that safety of your coins is well worth the occasional wait

I also experienced the same thing many times and has made ticket support 3 times related to this problem. I don't know what happened to my account and even didn't do any suspicious activity there. I hope the admin can make payout more faster. But so far the support can solve my problem quickly.

It is not about the revenue, it is about the profits, I mean they could be making a ton of money right now in revenue but maybe they are low on profits who knows?

Looking at marketing budget means absolutely nothing, they had this insane amount of marketing budget even when they first started and they couldn't be making millions of dollars in revenue just on the first month, which means they spent a lot of money on marketing budget alone for getting more famous and wasn't even remotely breaking even, that is just marketing budget.

Hence, why I am saying they might be making a "profit" or break even or even lose money but they are certainly making revenue now that is for sure. There is a huge difference between revenue and profit, we can estimate the revenue somehow but we could never know their profit.

Windice did one thing very very good, they have done many things good but one thing they have done above all others have made the difference.

They have taken marketing seriously, look at all other gambling websites and you

Maybe something went wrong because I have been gambling on their platform some while ago and not seeing what you called "immediate transaction not going through" I did some transaction on the platform some few weeks ago and heard no problems in the transaction. I think it varies from account to account... 3 weeks back Doge payouts from my account were swift but recently it isn't the case. I have seen some individuals complain in the Telegram group and Windice forum too about the slow approval even for BTC transactions.

So I believe it's based on individual accounts thou I am not sure what the reason could be.

Well, maybe it's a manual transaction in every cash out of accounts. They are tracing those who are abusing the company like farm accounts and abuse the faucet or even those abuse raindrops. There are too many various reasons in delaying cashouts. But on my own, I can wait even in just a day of delay. So far, I did not experience to withdraw my bitcoin there but for sure it made transaction fast.

To me, maybe the problem could be the VPN I use. Sometimes I forget to turn it off and access the website, other times i don't use it when accessing the website. Perhaps a security measure is triggered by the website.

Well, I think if you are using a VPN while you use the site might bring to a different IP address, then probably the team might be doubted your account and manually check the withdrawal transactions. [IMO]

Dogecoin has a problem of their own as well recently, I know its quite cheap to move it around but even cheap ones could have their own problems when the network gets clogged because at that moment you already sent and nothing you can change if the network is clogged.

However, the bad side is this is windices first test of not individual customer help but more about community request which they are already a bit too late, they have to deal with this and even if not at least talk here about what the problem seem to be, they haven't made a public announcement on a subject that has been asked by man here for days now and they haven't responded to anyone yet.

I don't have issue with the payout too and it's flawless as before. And it's not just for dogecoin payouts as per complainants.

I think this issue has reached to the devs, it's best to be patient and wait for their update regarding this issue. They have been active to solve most of the problem if they've found it outright.

I don't have other way to verify it but by simply asking the people who have experienced it. And if you have withdrawn without any problems then let's just assume that it has been fixed.

Otherwise, let's wait for the verification from any of the windice team. It's likely that they've worked on it without notifying us here and that's simply amazing because they've resolved it quickly.
