I enjoy playing Crash game as it is on WinDice, and yet I still think that if the possibility of cashing out before reaching the target was added it would be more interesting game to play. Currently it is more like a dice game: when you are hunting for a big multiplier, like 1000x and higher, you either win big hitting the target or you lose. But imagine how much more fun would be there if you could cash out at, say, 500x or 800x. This feature was present on several sites I used to play Crash game on, and it's  an integral part of Crash game, in my opinion.

But of course I'm aware of the main drawback of this feature. It is very likely that having the opportunity of cashing out earlier, we will be doing that all the time, thus never reaching the target. So, disabling/enabling the feature should be optional, for players' convenience.

Maybe something went wrong because I have been gambling on their platform some while ago and not seeing what you called "immediate transaction not going through" I did some transaction on the platform some few weeks ago and heard no problems in the transaction. Although we look forward for their replies or what they have to say concerning their services of recent.

I triggered a BTC payout yesterday, the transaction was very fast and I received my coins almost immediatly. So it may be an issue with Doge-payouts only?

strange  . btc should be the one that can experience delays because btc is the mainstream coin and being used by many crypto users while doge is only an underated coin and i dont think that more users are using it  .  also , dogecoins is known to be light and fast because its an altcoin  .  i have never heard that doge coin have a congested network aside from btc  . i guess the problem is on the gambling platform itself   . hope that windice team can fix this asap  .

I don't know how is it possible to forget a code sent to you by email, but well okay, here's what you can do, I think. Write down your WinDice username here in this thread, and they will send you a new code to the email associated with your account. WinDice has good working support and mods who visit this thread quite frequently, so there are big chances that your problem will be solved pretty soon.

Maybe they don't see this as a big issue which could be true but great casinos take care of tiny stuff before they get bigger.

No matter how small it is,it should really be fixed rather than having an issue into this matter.Players doesnt like to experience problem even if its small.

Each time when windice team sees a problem, they fix the issues immediately.

I think this issue is already fixed I tried to withdraw and its already done, I got this kind of issue but the team immediately solve my problem nothing to worry about withdrawal just make a support if your withdrawal hold as simple.

There is also a ticket section in the website itself if you want to use it. If you go down on the website all the way down between github icon and API there is Support button, if you click that it will send you to a place where you can create a new ticket and with that ticket you can basically follow up onsite as much as you want.

You can use another account (even a default one given to you) to talk about your other account and when it is cleared and you work with support to fix the issue you can go back to your old account by logging out of this and logging into that. I mean I think that is literally as easy as it gets, they respond at chat levels and not mail levels most of the time so it probably wouldn't take too much to handle it neither. I hope you figure it out soon.

I think they have been improving the quality and speed of the website a lot in the past days not just withdrawals or not just doge. I mean the maximum speed of internet as in quicker betting and more easier load times and so forth all have been involved in the upgrade if you ask me.

It hasn't been really that much of a big change like 100% faster so not many people realized but my job is related to ISP so I have to keep track of internet speed and have to do tests on how quickly a website opens so it became a second nature to check how fast a website is and have tools to calculate and windice has consistently been 20% faster on average (sometimes even faster) to load even tho I do resets everyday (so nothing saved on my PC to make it faster). That is really a big improvement that they haven't even boasted about, I would have flexed about it if I did it.

The site loads very fast whenever I visit the site it's just taking me around 5 secs and knowing that I've got a not so quick internet speed. With the problem about the doge withdrawals, still no idea if they were fixed.

Whatever people say, but we need to believe our own experience only.
We should ourselves be honest to the site.
But as you said, it's absolutely necessary to make an official announcement regarding the issue.
This will surely help to remove any kind of misunderstanding among the mind of the members.

Yeah that’s why I am confused why did altcoin withdrawal seems to have a proble when that supposed to be in Bitcoin part.but since there’s no other update about the issue I think the problem has been settled but maybe update here will help others learn that sometimes there is a trouble that we cannot prevent from happening but curable

Now there was a problem with doge withdrawal we all know that, we all talked about it and it was known, then the team didn't made any responses at all, they didn't give any answers or didn't say they will work on it, for couple of days it was pure black with no communication at all. Then suddenly they fixed it which means they heard us and actually worked on it and made it better.

Now, do you really get pissed off because they didn't talked or do you get happy knowing they are hearing us and fixing stuff? It is both very different things, if they only came out and said "we are working on it" and nothing else this would have been different but for a while there people were in dark before suddenly it was fixed.

What do you mean with "main balance"? Your balance is shown in your screenshot as 0.00000086 BTC. If you have deposited additional coins like Doge you can change your balance and coin with the little arrow down at the right next to "0.00000086"

Depends on how a certain person would treat it up.We know that there are ones that are too meticulous when it comes to things where they do really like to be informed anytime or updated and there are people who do just dont care about announcement as long it gets fixed.The good thing here is that they do watch up their users complaints,they might not give a word but there are actions been made which is already considered a good stuff.

The difference there is that people who do not care and not really focus on these kinds of stuff wouldn't mind if you inform them or not, however people who care about these little information would care about it, which means if you share any information about whats going on than you are winning both sides but if you lack communication you are losing one type while other type doesn't care anyway.

Hence, I would suggest a good community manager who would be constantly answering peoples feedback so that we would have some sort of connection with the website, an employee that would respond here would make the worlds difference. Windice is obviously an amazing website seen from how fast they became one of the best but there is always a room for improvement.
