Sure, you can report to moderators. From the FAQ page (https://windice.io/faq#f11), you can do it through lively supports or PMs. By the way, I suggest Windice team to officially publish list of Windice's moderators, then someone who have interests can directly contact from the chatroom. By now, for new comers, it is hard for them to know who are Windice moderators in the chatroom. They can see them by chance, but it depends on luck, and it is better if the site can give new comers a list of official moderators.

It seems that you forgot the fact that chat box is always fastly moving, posts dissapeared after seconds, not minutes, so how do we manage to use report button in such fastly chat environment? I thought that the more suitable solution is report button at the bottom of chat box, then if user A want to report user B, they can use the report button with hashtag of userB's account name, and post snapshot of the post want to report. It is easy way to do and can be adaptable with fast-moving chatbox.

Yes,  as of now new features are already in development phase.
In each and every seconds of time,  the developers are working hard to make the site more user-friendly to their valuable users.
But as of now,  if you are annoyed by any user in the chat and feels like he/she breaking any sort of rule,
Then just open snipping tool from your desktop and screenshot the user's message.
When you see a Moderator online, just DM him the screenshot and leave everything to the Moderator.

Actually he does not provide any address to send the money too, so why bothering this case? He just asking to send 1 eth to your own address so why you scared about? If you have all the security so there will be no problems at all. You just make a deposit of 1 eth and may be you will come up with 2 eth if you play on their dice games because it is really easy to make some money by using their new method. To think that your account is hacked then you should not send it, you should play some prank on this kind of hacker, really hate it when it is coming from hacker

Glad, I did. I found the support text at the down right side of the website. I just sent the report last night and I am not really familiar what this ticket section is for? I've clicked the support and this one appeared. Maybe, this is the message box for the support team.

As a member of windice, I dont want to compare it to some gambling site but I had an urge to do so. I mean, there is an active team support that are online and are free whenever we have concern (not to mention the other gambling site's name). They are actually responsive. I hope our suggestions and concerns be heard. If not, just a report button is enough for now.

Such support tickets (reports) or any other kinds of support ticket should be keep in secret (private). There are always potential shady attacks from bad guys to reporters if they know exactly who reported. To conclude, you did great work to wipe out bad guys on Windice.io, but next times, I suggest you don't publish your support ticket's contents.

It was a dangerous situation I thought, because this person tried asking for 1 ETH to double it. We don't know the intent and purpose, but for security reporting this person to the moderator is a good thing. Also showing the name of his account so that the people who playing there are careful to deal with this player.

I got your point. Since I do not know how that ticket really works, I just posted it here. I edited my post already. Since the ticket serves  as the report message for now. I told you, they are active in moderating the cleanliness of the chat box and if you ever found someone again just report it.

Sure that we should report such case, but I meant that Internet space is a very dangerous place with lots of potential hidden threats that we don't know, so I think it is safer to not publicly published information like this (our information, not the bad guy's). However, it is a personal approach, and I can not say which one is better. Sometimes this approach is good, sometimes it is bad. Anyway, I still waited for responses of Windice team on report button and list of moderators to make reports on Windice.io become more easily, and less time-consuming.

Don't worry if you already addressed this to the team, they will find a way to make it happen. It just takes time to review all of those reports and concerns of all the dicers that has experiencing trouble through the site.

Scams will happen anywhere in the world, hell some casinos are scams itself so at least we have a windice that is literally the kindest and most hard working out there. Yeah some chat people will tell you some scammy shady stuff but with the admins and chat moderators involved it will probably be fixed very soon.

The good thing about windice is you are never too far away from someone with authority and power, not like owners or something but people who are support helpers, moderators, promoters, developers and whatever and you can always reach out and talk with them about your issue and they will listen, that is how windice suddenly got so big out of nowhere because people first asked for something and then windice did it and this repeated couple of times and that resulted with many people coming here to play.

chat report button is a great idea , but it is impossible to implement the way it is not spammed or misused
and there must be a separate division of moderators dealing with the complaints
so far the "message a moderator online with the screenshot" is the best option
if there is a scammer at large , he will get muted - problem solved

Indeed some of the mods of WinDice are always online, as far as I can see, and they are dealing with such problems fast, even without any reports in most cases.

The "report button" I suggested would be more suitable for a site where mods are offline most of the time. But this is not the case with WinDice.

Thank you for the announcement before the maintenance, IMO 1 to 3 hours is not too long period, it is not a big matter. Based on what I checked yesterday, I guess that total bet on the site likely reaches 70 million of bets. Did it really reach that point before the maintenance? I remembered that yesterday (just around 8 hours ago), total bets were around 69.5 millions of bets. By the way, best wishes for the maintenance and wait for the Windice come back.

Im aint sure if did able to reach 70m before the maintenance but why do care too much?You can answer that thing after the maintenance.
This is an another milestone for Windice. 1-3 hours maintenance isnt really that long and these sites do really need it for improving user experience.
