Are there any ways to retrieve my last account? Strufmbae is my windice username, now i can't log in.  I Have installed new windows from my pc but forget to do some back up. However, can Gmail account connected to google can  synchronize all the accounts that i have made on chrome? because Windice is Bookmarked to my google chrome.

@Strufmbae did you try password reset if not try that and then logging in with the new password, if the issue yet persists then clear your cache and cookies maybe that’s what preventing you from logging in. As for gmail you can login with your previous account on your PC, and restore settings that should work in your case. I would also advise you not to create a new account because no site likes multiple accounts, wait for this to be resolved.

Why would mind too much with cache and cookies? You can simply take your account back by just inputting your account details or email address just see the image above ^ then youre done.

I think the "instant withdraw" is not about you getting the money right away, its about casino sending right away. So, if you got the money in 12 hours but the casino sent it as soon as you clicked withdraw then there is nothing they can do, its about blockchain.

Normally based on windice.io FAQ withdraw are instanly and it's already explain before but based on my experience it took have various time and sometimes it took instant less than 10 minutes such as i did last week ago but sometimes it took 1 or 2 hours and i think time of withdraw are standard because almost every gambling sites currently available to instant withdraw

You can't forget the hot wallet thing neither, if there is too many people withdrawing at the same time then it may take longer because they need to move money from cold wallet to hot wallet.

I specifically remember at one time I had a ton of money on moneypot and they were failing to give it back to me and I wasn't withdrawing it because there was not enough money in hot wallet and they were failing to reach the owner, no joke people couldn't withdraw money because owner was not around and he had the keys to cold wallet (I think one of the keys, multiple keys.. something I am not sure) that is why I had to wait for couple of days to get the money.

It does look nice, most sites usually have their live stats on the side or below the page but on windice it's on the digital numbers.

But still if in the end money will come to your wallet then why bothering about this instant and manual? If it is manual then you just need to wait a longer time compare to the instant. I do not understand why some of the players need to get his money as fast as possible. to be fair it is very common for dice games to have live stats
but windice made it pretty cool , cannot argue with that
also great to see that the team is responding to the player's feedback
the graph wasn't transparent at first and was covering the roll results , you could see them on the slider still , but wasn't too convenient
in less than an hour from the release it was updated to make the roll results perfectly visible , well done

Try to see on Stake.com (or primedice too?) They already have live stats since long time ago. Or you can use seunjti dicebot to see your live bets as well

Windice devs are really listening to the community and giving them what they want but communication is still lacking very severely, I mean how many of you knew that they were working on a project like this before? We have been literally black screened about this and than one day BAM! they have a live stats feature.

Whatever windice has done so far has been awesome, they are really doing amazing work but they lack the marketing of it beforehand, like tomorrow there could be a new game and we would learn it by surprise when we see it, how come they do not let us know what they are working on before they actually start implementing it. Same happened with the doge deal, they saw it and worked on it and fixed it but we heard nothing until they actually fixed it.
