your coins still valid if you are not the scammer, then you can use the new wallet.
of course, you better backup wallet.dat first.
and I suggest you download the blockchain backup to speed it up, you will be fine.

The original dev had a massive hidden pre-mine which was discovered during the first attempt to revive this coin after the original dev left.  The address where the pre-mine is held is now invalid on the network.  Meaning the network will not accept any transactions from this wallet. So premine is now null and void.

my fault. i mean anyone can get their coins except the particular address. that is what we do in the new wallet. so your coins are safe.

Thx was getting confused their. So original he or she old devs had mined but did not tell and hide it and then later on admitted after someone found out and left. Will be interesting to see how things do work out then with new devs on  the go.
