People keep shouting scam and Stuhlman keeps delivering.
There's so much work going on for this coin and long term value is pretty much guaranteed.
But, as ever, there's always people who are always trying to make themselves look clever by 'uncovering something' and calling scam all the time. But, whatever, let them. It'll all come good in the end.
btw, i'm not calling scam, but simply that this "masternodes" and dividends thingy is handled poorly and it reflects in the current value of Caix at the exchanges. because why would someone buy caix to become a masternode? because it "pays dividends by holding coins in wallet for 30days?" ... hmmm okay, but that's not enough. can you be more specific why i should buy Caix then? looks like right now they want ppl to buy caix and keep the coins in wallet because of some unclear and unfinished announcements. ppl want to know more than just buying on promises and eyes wide shut. Why waiting at the very last moment to publish the specific dividends infos all ppl are looking for? oh wait.. probably to create panic buying (but the dividends specs must be damn good)? well, guess what : the only thing releasing that important info so late before the start of that dividends month will do is that on this panic buying spree, if ever it happens wich i'm not so sure, day traders will simply cash in profit automatically. the value is going down because there is lack of important info. imho, the ones that are buying caix right now are only those that are waiting for the next announcement we all wait today and they will dump right here, right now. there are no masternodes buyers atm... but it could have been way better if the dividends specific info for all tiers was out. the value wouldn't be what we see now. Stuhlman right now is creating exactly what he was apparently pissed off the last few days : market manipulation. We now have a foundation that better represents the community. I know with my work with the devs I have very little time to look at every detail. I am human and I make mistakes. So now I stepped back and let the foundation (formed from community members) take over the public face for CAIx. That does not mean I am not around, but that will give me more time to work with the dev team and make more progress. I am also part of all the foundation meetings, and will deal with the foundation as a guiding entity on how to present everything to you. A member of the foundation mavassen provided us with a community board to simplify and collect all the information needed by the community. Your questions there are better answered by the foundation members. http://www.caixboard.com . A member of the foundation will take care of the OP as well, clean it up and make it more presentable.

Good job on the clarifications with the masternodes. I think people were a bit confused. Maybe this will help to reverse the downtrend!

Good job on the clarifications with the masternodes. I think people were a bit confused. Maybe this will help to reverse the downtrend! Thanks, we were well aware that our previous statements weren't 100% clear. We're sorry it took quite some time to clear things up, but we wanted to be sure that the math for dividing the dividends was 100% fair. I hope everything is clear now. Be sure to let us know if it's not!

OK - I have been VERY patient and understanding as I am in the same position. SEND A PM TO THESTUHLMAN OR CAISHEN_PROJECTRead back a couple of pages. I have also told you this information several times. Answers to some of the questions asked on the thread in the past two days:
...
- People who mined CAI and had CAI in wallet before the 18, I offered to help on my own, and for that I needed a wallet address that shows the coins were deposited in the wallet before the 18. I can not help if the coins were not in the wallet before the 18, yet people keep mining and sending me wallet addresses that shows deposits after the deadline. No matter how many rigs I own, I will never be able to exchange those. I made a list of people who sent me wallets that show addresses that owned CAI before the 18 and I am sending those CAIx as it becomes available from pool. I have posted repeatedly that CAI after the 18 would be worthless, We have done an exceptional effort to exchange CAI to CAIx that some other coins are about to follow suit. If you had a wallet address with CAI in it before the 18 and sent a PM then you are on the list to be compensated, but I can not do this at once I am doing it gradually as CAIx comes from multipool. If you sent me a CAI wallet address that shows CAI came into the wallet on are after the 18, I can not help. There was no way for us to stop the mining physically. CAI was a 100% PoW and that can continue for ever. We have chosen the Exchange route because it was safer than a hard fork.
- People who are still mining CAI and expect it to be changed to CAIx have missed the deadline and we can not help with that. They will not stop till they know mining CAI and demanding exchange will not work.
...
'nuff said!

'nuff said! Makes sense to me. I wonder how many people have tried to pull the wool over Stuhlman's eyes by mining fresh CAI with little competition and trying to get it converted.. Don't be that guy people

Oh well, let him spam. I can see his concern if it's valid. If not he's just bumping the thread. So who thinks we will break 70k sometime soon, and who gobbled up those super cheap coins sub 60k for their nodes?

So who thinks we will break 70k sometime soon, and who gobbled up those super cheap coins sub 60k for their nodes? Shouldn't be too long! When I wake up I'm quite sure it will be 70k+ again The masternode program is quite nice, people will jump in on this if they read about it. So keep spreading the news everybody!

when it says that wallet must be staking ( in bold ), does that means that wallet must be un-encrypted and online 24/7 for the whole month - minus max 5 days because if it's really that, i guess not a lot of ppl will get the dividends... and if there are less masternodes that can actually get their dividends at the end of the month, are they having a bigger share? can you be more clear about this please?

That is correct, many people are already staking 24/7 since the launch of CAIx. Say the current number of total node coins is 500 000, that would make the value of one share 0.000028 BTC at the moment. Suppose that at the end of the month there are only 300 000 node coins, because not all wallets have been staking for a whole month, the value of one share would be 0.000046 BTC. So yes, the less node coins, the bigger the share. Is it clear now?

Coin Nodes should be Node coins. Each Node that qualifies at the end of the month will have their coins added together with all the others. This will be the pool of coins that will get dividends. 1 Coin = 1 Share of the dividend. If you have 2000 coins qualifying you get 2000 shares at whatever the share value is at the end of the month. when it says that wallet must be staking ( in bold ), does that means that wallet must be un-encrypted and online 24/7 for the whole month - minus max 5 days because if it's really that, i guess not a lot of ppl will get the dividends... and if there are less masternodes that can actually get their dividends at the end of the month, are they having a bigger share? can you be more clear about this please? To expect my wallet to be open and unlocked for a full 25 days (which for me who travels is impossible) is simply ridiculous.
This has not been well thought out IMO.
