I guess OGNasty is just guilty until proven innocent? The FACT that Vod had abused his position repeatedly over the years is well documented,
here with plenty of facts.
Og was making a claim of extortion (which typically involves money)... the thread he linked, which I admittedly don't remember seeing at the time (or ignored as more useless bickering), was some sort of nonsense public "settlement" about leaving the forum and getting their accounts banned. I don't care what Og or others pay in taxes and do not want his tax number
. I believe one should pay taxes, but I also believe the government takes too much (then uses it inappropriately).. so I can't take issue with trying to legally minimize the amount that is taken away.
I stated in my prior post that I'm ignoring
both Vod's and OgNasty's statements that do not present any evidence. The one time I did question Vod about the content to one of Og's chopped up PMs, he provided additional context/evidence which showed more of the conversation and IMO showed Og to be misrepresenting the truth.
I've already explained this. Og hasn't provided anything but generalized comments which are basically saying things along the lines of "the full context won't make this any better for Vod".. but then he won't provide them?
I'm not saying I agree with the snarky comment that Og spun into some sort of demand for merit and abusing his position as a merit source, but Og seems to be intently trying to deceive to smear someone in this thread and it appears pretty vindictive to me.
I do not condone violent behavior.. including a few posts ago when you were making your own thinly veiled threat.. to someone who hasn't even been determined to be a scammer.

Vod is a proven trust abuser. Evidence is clear in our own trust abuse. This idiot claims that you can be given red trust for refusing to accept his wild accusations on our self moderated thread without him presenting evidence to substantiate his claims. He had already made the same unsubstantiated claim 2 x on that thread that we did not delete. His reasons for red are bogus and undeniably so.
That is proven trust abuse.
Vod doxed a forum treasurer. This is flagrant abuse of the rules of this forum. This is also wreckless endangerment of a persons life and the forums funds.
Vod is making claims in red on OG's account that he is a tax scammer still and providing not one shred of evidence. He and other DTs claims we are guilty of defamation for asking a question regarding observable instances of which we provided clear links and were not disputed by anyone.
Vod is a liar and pushing clear double standards to suit his agenda.
Vod has previously admitted he will not dare even act against those like lauda because he fears they will ruin his account in retaliation. Weasel self serving behavior.
OG should be doing more not less and not focusing specifically on VOD. The system that allow vod to paint OG red are the real problem. Vod is a symptom only.
Vod is pushing clear double standards and making statements/accusations that he is unable to prove. Based on his observable past behaviors listed above and the sorts of members he supports (also who have given red trust to og) we say it is reasonable to assume that vod is far more likely to be telling lies than OG.
Og should have never removed laudas red in return for his own being removed. That was a big error but then theymos seems to have had some hand in that. Otherwise his behavior over the years seems pretty much spot on.
Employing clear double standards is pretty much the same as lying. It is certainly highly untrustworthy. Grouped with his other behaviors it is clear the warning signs are there.
Has vod done good here in the past? perhaps so , therefore stop supporting scammers, stop pushing double standards, stop trust abusing and man up to those you admit you are scared of regardless of what they try to do to your account and perhaps redemption is possible. Keep to making accusations you can support with observable instances and you will be okay.
Vod is untrustworthy. It clearly is that simple.
