Malinga is a true legend for Sri Lanka. In the current squad Sri Lanka needed another bowler like him. I also noticed they do not have a good spinner.

Well you can cash out but you do not get the money you staked. You will get less money and sometimes it does not worth it.

Well bowl Srilanka. Cricket won today, safe to say. What if England managed to lose all their important matches now? Against Australia and India.

  England have not beaten Australia, India or NZ in World Cups for 27 years! They have failed to win 10 games in a row against Aus, Ind, NZ combined going back to  WC 1992.

If someone would have tried to calm down in the pressure situation and tried to keep rotating the strike to Stokes then they would have made it. Moeen Ali played that shot carelessly and then Woakes and Rashid trying to play off shot against Silva's delivery just made it much more worse.

I admire the way Stokes batted with calm head.

This was the most unexpected result so far in this tournament. Out of the 14 users who had made a bet for this match, not even one person had predicted a victory for Sri Lanka (including me). England were the overwhelming favorites and still they managed to lose. Tomorrow we have two matches and the second one (NZ vs WI) is going to be interesting.

LOL! I can see that all of us lost the bet but this was really a miracle as defending 232 is almost hopeless in WC. am still in shock wondering how it happened. Almost all the SL bowlers had an economy of about 4 and they took wickets too especially Malinga was the hero today.

England favorites, I don't think so now . They have lost to two weaker teams in the tournaments, (PAK and SRI)
Australia Favorites, No, there bowling attack is still not perfect and each time Starc and cummings save them everytime.
NewZealand Favorites, No, they have not played with better teams till yet

England has now made a habit of losing to lower ranked teams. They have lost to Netherlands on multiple occasions, on top of their losses to teams such as Scotland and Ireland. Sri Lanka is not a minnow side, but recently they had slipped to the lower range of the ICC rankings. They no longer have legends such as Sangakkara and Muralidharan in their team.

They were defeated first Pakistan and now Sri Lanka, both are the poor side (comparing recent performance) in the CWC2019. It is frustrating to get such experience. A phenomenal bowling figure by evergreen Lasith Malinga demolished England batting line up so severely. A lot of surprises to be unveiled yet.

Rooting for India all the way personally. I guess they might enter the semi-finals quite easily if they win the match today against Afghanistan most probably especially after the way Afghanistan have been performing recently.

Sri Lanka has a strong chance to make it to the top 4 now unexpectedly while Bangladesh still needs to win many games against some powerful teams which is why I doubt they will qualify inspite of having a great batting lineup.

Also, BTC has breached the $10K mark and is already heading towards the $11K mark. Epic!

After the shock defeat by England against Sri Lanka, now we have India struggling against Afghanistan. Top four batsmen including Virat Kohli are back in the pavilion, with just 135 on board. Mahendra Singh Dhoni is still there, but if the Afghans make use of the advantage then they can restrict India under 200. And that will give them a real chance of an upset today.
