there are other threads reporting similar problems mining at ghash.io

try pointing to another pool and see results.

personally I use Eligius which has been mining fine for over 3 weeks now, except for stats page being down occasionally

hmmm, probably pool problem but my other miner is ok & stable. been hashing on same pool + settings & miner for weeks.

seems like it's back up again & running but as stable as before. well, probably just got to wait & see.

thx mr. lee for responding quickly to the issue. just a request, if it is not stable, please point miner to my secondary pool.

I also have a dragon at home here and 6 ant s1s pointed at uk1.ghash.io

They were all online rock solid when the hosted miner was offline so it wasn't a ghash problem...
It could have been a network connectivity issue between china and the ghash server in the uk or the isp could have been having problems.
I stopped using the us1.ghash.io server from here in NZ as it disapears sometimes but have found uk1.ghash.io to be stable from here.

I used to use eligius but that disapears from here all the time and I got sick of the stats page going offline and that auto safe mode it goes into.
Eligius needs to get its act together with stats, the amount of BTC that goes thru it - surely they could design a decent page..
I know a lot that have left them for that reason and I also don't trust the eligius server that the stats keep disapearing on !

I'm in the US but also have it set to the uk pool for ghash.io.  It is much more stable although it does go funky every 4-5 days.  But for no fee I'll take it.  BTCGuild is the only one I have used that never, ever went down.  Eligius is a trip.  Not sure why it's so popular.  You have to wait forever to get your coin.  Just not my thing.
I have one Dragon and it's in the 920-980 Gh/s range usually.  My Antiminer S2 is faster.  So I don't think I'm going to get another.  At least not at these prices.  I'm at 8.5 Th/s and that might be the most I get.  Only getting about .5 btc a day as it is.

yeah I have him hosting one of the dragons at btcguild i get about 1.02th.  may be the 220 volt power in china is better the the 110 volt here in NJ.

I  have 5 s-1's  in house soon to be 7 in house.    even at 2.4th  I can't make sense of  mining in house without a price bump in btc.

the hosting service for the dragon's has been nice if you are on btcguild.

Off topic:
if you have or when you have the 6 chip nano usb sticks in stock/for shipping  I will buy one or two from you.

Just so I can have some.

Yes I know what you mean. I have 6 x antminer s1's and 1 dragon online at my house in NZ and 1 dragon hosted @ pcfli.
The cost of electricty of the s1's is a killer now.
@ 360 watt each one = 2160 watts (and they are not overclocked, overclocked they use 400+ each)
The house is using $1 per hour minimum in electricity right now. We pay .26 cents a KW hr here in NZ.
The dragon is not too bad @ 900 watts for 1 th/s  and also makes a good heater, the one I have has not too noisy fans so its in my lounge Smiley

Its hard to make headway as the Diff rises without keeping on buying more hardware though Sad
right now with 3.1 th/s online at ghash I'm getting around .2 Btc a day..

how do I modify the config/startup file to change the clock speed on these?  I have one of the boards that is getting a lot of hardware errors, so I would like the option of downclocking that one board, and/or downclocking the entire unit to see if I can fix this.  Anyone have an idea on the location of the cgminer.conf or whatever file holds the startup info for cgminer for these?

This may have changed, but I think it's a closed system.

Anyone run out some numbers yet what the insurance buyout might look like in a few months?  If btc keeps dropping, the insurance might be only only saving thing.

SP10 GB seems to be more competitive. 3200 for 1.5TH & lower power consumption. i'd say try to make it more competitive.
