the first batch of s3 arrive, but the hash rate is only 420G average, is there anyone have the similar problem?

Yeah, I have 2 at home. One runs at 443gh\s and one now runs at 435gh\s.

Some units just don`t seem able to do 440gh\s.

our new farm is almost ready, we use three times of fans this time to make sure the temperature will not  over-high, and i have ordered 40 unit s3, should be online on 30 july as promised
also after testing the real power consumption of s3 is 377 watt



so i have set the host fee of s3 as following
1: pay three month host fee in advance, then you will get 45$ per month (30 days) host fee  in basic data center and 60$ per month(30 days) host fee in professional data center.
2: pay one month host fee in advance, the you will get  55$ per month(30 days) host fee in basic data center and 70$ per month(30 days) in professional data center.

here is a photo of my 2 s-3's set to 212.5   you may find setting you poor hashing miners to freq 212.5 helps.  I get solid numbers of 430gh you will also drop power by 10-20 watts.

I've found a need to down-clock some units to 212.5 from the default 218.75 in order to have them run stably. Anecdotes seem to point to a 30% underperformance rate for the initial batches.

The two units I have set at 212.5mhz have settled near 420GHs with all chips working.

You can try to make up for it by slightly overclocking your other performing-to-spec units to 225mhz to perform near 450GHs. This should theoretically be a safe overclock with only two PCIe connections.
