...r lost their trust to the ico's.

Many projects continue to evolve and follow the roadmap. just those people who were disappointed in the ICO - chose the wrong projects

The problem only there are a ton ICO occur every time and when you just new in crypto world, it's really difficult to find the great one so that's why people often choose the wrong project

But for me personally I prefer local project on my country or your country if they have started the project

Admitted or not those words already in the investors mindset that ICO's 99% are scam and the bad effect is upcoming ICO's which is offering legit projects will be lack of interest or didn't reach to soft cap because investors thought the projects will scammed them and to restore investors confidence it took many steps to do so and i'm not sure for next several years ICO's still exist
Sure the reason why investor has a mind like that because most of the icos are failed and can't keep their promise to the investor. i think it's normal if the investor lost their trust to the ico's.
We are affected into too much confidence, we trusted ICO before as we think that it will be a profitable investment but somewhat it change and it actually ruins the entire image. We can't blame our self to distrust ICO by that and it still exists until now.
If they'll turn back into as what it started, may investors will trust back into ICO. It may be we should give them time but it sure it won't be that an easy job.

You have a very good point though I have never been too quick to judge any project without making any little findings. I have seen many good projects that are not scam but just failed because of no funding. but yes there are also many scam ico too

Last year, we have seen lots of ICO projects scammed, some project scam even after finishing the token sale successfully. So, people lost their hard earned money! That's why these ICO scams, ICOs are words are set in people's mind! Whenever an ICO project come, many people declared them a scam project even before visiting their website! We should come out of this behavior. Some ICO projects are doing really great at this moment!
f you add a spoonful of honey in a barrel of tar, in the sum it will remain a barrel of tar.
The problem with scam ICOs cannot be solved without the intervention of state structures, but such projects affect good projects, not allowing them to raise money.

We all know that its not really 99% they are just exaggerating the fact that most of the ICOs right now are scam, yes you are right that some of them fails some reason may be the market but they must not stop the campaign if the project is really good and legitimate they must make a new step to succeed with it and dont leave everyone in a snap.

This year, ICO projects are not interested in many people because the IEO is a new solution for all investors participating in this crypto market and it reduces a lot of unnecessary risks when investing. According to me, IEO should be the best choice at this time and don't invest in ICO because all projects are scam and will definitely make you lose more money. Risk investment requires a large selection and not everyone can earn a good profit from this market

I personally do not believe this statistics that 99% of ICOs are scam, because some ICOs fail do not mean they are all scam. I usually tell people that starting an ICO is like starting a new business, it might succeed immediately, it might fail presently but have a great future and it might fail totally beyond redemption. So because a project is failing to perform presently or fail totally do not mean it is a scam. Don't get me wrong here, I never said there are no scam projects but the rate is not as high as alleged. Judging a project based on its first few years is wrong, give it time to realize its potentials.
Perhaps you are right, but the percentage of fraud in ICO is indecently high, it can be assumed that the project failed due to the team's unprofessionalism, but I am convinced that the team initially planned to raise money and forget about the road map, especially in those cases where complete anonymity was observed.

I really agree with your opinion. As a wise crypto currency player, we should not judge quickly about ICO, especially our judgment is something bad. ICO has a long and not easy journey so that every development must have obstacles that certainly require a long time to complete. We must understand the obstacles experienced by the ICO before we judge that the ICO is deceiving. Maybe indeed ICO failed and failure is not necessarily deceptive. We must be able to distinguish this so that we do not become unprofessional judges.

indeed, not 99% scam but still the percentage of scam is very high. you might be have the right opinion, but believe it or not in the fact that there are indeed many ico that end scam.

I think we are all aware and both know about the ICO project fraud. a lot has happened over the past year, until now. maybe a project like this will never run out. but I believe there are still those who do ICO and will remain successful.

And yup you are right about that, not all ICOs are scam of course there are still some good ICOs that you can find, still the guy above me is right, the scam ICOs are really in a high percentage so deep research about projects are not a very important factor if you dont want to lose your investments

I always judge the ICO from the rating and also the ongoing ICO. besides, ICO sales must be monitored. not all ICO scams, there are also good ones but don't reach the softcap. I experienced Ico who did not reach that point.

That's right, not all ico are fraudulent even though most of what we see is fraudsters, so now there is a trend of collecting new funds such as STO and IEO in order to minimize fraudsters who often occur as in the ICO.

The difference between an ICO that is not a scam or a real scam is also difficult. sometimes we can judge from softcaps or sites that do assessment but even then it cannot be fully trusted

you are right, judging them is very difficult. even those that already look convincing and very good can also make mistakes at the end of the sale that make the developer run away from their responsibilities. too difficult to give such an assessment. we can only compete luck here.

Especially when the evaluation makes the bot/algorithm on the site. And the parameters by which it makes it known only to its creators. Rarely future of the ICO can assess respected analyst. There are also frequent cases of manipulation of user trust by rating platforms; simply put, the rating is bought.

Ofcourse not 99% of them are scams , but if you think out of the box then ICO's are made to collect funds and make ''illusion'' you work and pay yourself salaries Smiley Almost any project got own token , why not use just ETH / BTC instead of the token ? People novadays are so greedy that even same person doing few ICO's . Even my country started to collect funds in crypto , but most of them are scams ( scam i mean collect funds and then make illusion that you work )
