Bitcoin is a pioneer in the digital currency system in the world. so that currently bitcoin has a great strength and can have a strong global impact. With the circulating volume of money circulating, of course that when bitcoin dies it will affect the economic situation globally. what can make bitcoin die is all of us, when we start leaving bitcoin slowly bitcoin will disappear.

The death of bitcoin will definitely translate to he death of entire cryptocurrency.
The level or stage that bitcoin is today and the popularity that cryptocurrency has been able to achieve is as a result of the popularity of bitcoin itself.

The answer is very simple, if bitcoin dies, there will be a domino effect and the crypto market sure will collapse. All altcoins are relying to bitcoin's dominance so it's no brainer on what will be the effect of it if something like this happens. But you don't have to worry about this because it won't happen as per today's situation.

my opinion if currently Bitcoin die, then I'm sure all cryptocurrency will die and of course I think cryptocurrency will be lost forever or maybe there will be a new digital currency to replace Bitcoin or cryptocurrency and in my opinion that can make Bitcoin die is :
1. There is no more investor confidence in Bitcoin
2. the government starts blocking transactions using Bitcoin (assuming Bitcoin transactions are illegal)

I don't think it will die, but will it hold the top spot forever? no one knows for sure. But if it does, majority of the hashrate will go to BCH and the money will also follow.

In my opinion it is impossible for Bitcoin to "die", because its existence is virtual and therefore there is no way it can disappear from the extensive network that sustains it, although what could happen is that a series of circumstances that caused people's interest in mining, using or investing in it to decline. And in case this happen in the long term, I do not believe that there would be a greater impact on the crypto market, since there are already countless alternatives to fulfill its function, and its potential fall would be gradual and not sudden.

If Bitcoin dies because of another crypto getting its place then it won't take much affected on the current crypto market of other altcoins but if Bitcoin was taken out by the other sources of payment then other cryptocurrencies also will fall.

if Bitcoin dies it is clear that all coins will not be valuable anymore, try to see the current market conditions. if the Bitcoin price drops all the price of the coin will also go down even though not all coins. but we can see the market condition is directly red, indicating an emergency. regarding the causes of Bitcoin dying, maybe it's Hyperinflation
