The majority of our development talent has been spending time making things mobile compatible and increasing the use case of Bit.Rocket, but this is a monstrous project. Ideally, if it wasn't overlooked, and it shouldn't be, balances will be more easily accessible on this upgrade along with any other feature request. But it is still quite some time away.

I see, then I will be looking forward to your Mobile Friendly features, Anyways, also about BitRocket, I tried playing it and set the multiplier to x16 (been playing manually) and as I see that the multiplier goes up to x3 I wanna Cash Out but it seems it doesn't play like that.. It seems that you must hit the multiplier to cash out, maybe you can also work with it, or is it that it will only stay as is? (Just a suggestion)

It seems that the problem is that I tried using the website on my mobile device. That's why I did not see my nickname, although it works well on a PC. In addition, everything is displayed correctly if I play dice, it shows my nickname. I finally figured it out. To be completely sure, check my registration, please, my nickname witcher.

Having more players without being prepared for it would result with losing all those players, being ready for more players and then not getting it would be futile attempt that would crush all your dreams you have while putting up that effort. Hence you need them to go hand in hand as long as possible without really heavily favoring one side.

If you do stuff like promotions and what not but have a bug on your website then people would come but leave quickly, if you do lets say an amazing new design and awesome new games and features and add in hundreds of coins, that would make the website great but if you don't do the marketing nobody will notice. Hence in order to make a casino work you have to do something new, then do banners and what not and yell everywhere how you have something new for months, after a while do another one and repeat forever.

It is great to see that there is a community manager (or maybe some other title I don't know but he is around for these kinds of stuff) for mintdice. I didn't had any problems before so I never had to deal with neither support nor had to come here and write my problems.

However, in the end someone would eventually have one (people have trouble with biggest companies like amazon, of course there could be some bugs) and I am super glad to see when someone writes here there is people from mintdice who is willing to answer, it has been a long time waiting for me but I finally got the results of how engaged with community you guys are. Would be very awesome it the automatic withdrawals are rolled out. I used the website last week and my withdraw was pending for almost 2 hours without any approval.

Well for withdrawals you may choose between 3 different types of "speed"

Economy (0.0002 BTC), Normal (0.00032 BTC) and Priority (0.0004). That said it is obvious that the more you pay the faster your withdrawal will be processed. Chosing Economy will by design take the longest time then, so that (for my understanding) 2 hrs. processing-time is quite acceptable.

I do understand about the different withdrawal Options. It's just that the time taken to approve the withdraw would take longer(thus the pending notifications would stay on until the withdraw is approved probably by the Mintdice team, that's when one's transaction can now wait for confirmations on the bitcoin network which also takes some time)

Since crypto enthusiasts are mainly young guys, it's understandable that slots haven't received the popularity it deserves. However, I think there's nothing wrong if casinos want to get more mainstream (older) users.

Fixed fee is still good if the price is low, sometimes some places require a lot of money for the withdrawal and thats not acceptable, I mean including segwit now and there are other methods it should be simpler to withdraw. I know a place (exchange) that requires literally 0.001 for withdrawal, thankfully I never have to withdraw bitcoin from there but if I had to I would be super upset about it. 0.0002 is really not that much and could be accepted.

I mean whats the point of having three options when the withdrawal fee is already low, I think focusing on speed would be much better than focusing on the fee itself, if you have a really fast withdrawal speed you probably won't even notice what the fee is because you want to take your money out very quickly.

Not all slots has high house edge, its all depends on the developer/creator of the slot games on how much house edge for their game. There are some low house edge slot games in this bitcoin gambling industry, you may not find it easily as you dont like to play slot games. I do like slot game because I like the chance to win big with small bet amount. Slow outcomes? Nope, there are some games lets you to make a quick spin so the outcomes appear just after you click the spin like playing a dice game.

The big thing about the Slots game is that ours is Provably Fair. I suppose you are comparing ours to the licensed ones that are not Provably Fair. So it's not a great comparison 

And yes, we do plan to update Slots. However, the updates will change the layout and mechanics but not the graphics too much, if that is what you wanted.

We actually allow animations to be disabled for any of our games. So if you want to spam our slot machine many times a second, you can do just that. To my knowledge, we are the only website that offers this though I could easily be wrong. It's one of the benefits that we have for building it in house and using provably fair technology, we can modulate it any way we want to on our website.

As far as slot machines go in general, as a PSA to those who care, if you ever see slot machine offerings by casinos that look like this, which is what I assume TravelMug is referring to:



Then there is a near 100% chance that those games are not provably fair. Worse yet, in my opinion, some companies will even claim they are provably fair when they are not (highly unethical actually).

Putting these games on our website would be one of the easiest tasks ever, relatively speaking, but we are simply not going to do that any time soon (if ever). Developing anything in house is quite a bit of a larger task. If you want to think about it pragmatically, it is not reasonable for an operator to develop that many games by themselves, so you know for a fact they are sourcing them from elsewhere. And when that is the case, it will be closed sourced / proprietary technology.

Ultimately, it will come down to your personal preference. If you trust the casino operators and the licensed software and prefer their graphical interfaces then by all means use their slot machines. But the good thing about our architecture is you that don't have to trust anyone for your results Hopefully that answers your questions and concerns.

you sure about it ? that's really bad if it's true , and BTW all gambling websites who have public investments offer these details
people who want to invest need to know how the site is doing , they have all the rights to know how big the bankroll is and what's the wagering stats since investing in a site with large bankroll and small volume doesn't make sense at all
