Today I bet on Ajax, Man U and Dinamo Zagreb to win... About the last team - they played very well at home against Spurs, I hope that Villareal will also be beaten!
Maybe Arsenal will also beat Slavia, but if you look at the statistics of the last matches, Slavia has a better record than Arsenal...

I have almost the same predictions as yours, maybe because predicting the Europa League is not as difficult as the Champions League.
So for sure most people will choose their favorite team to win, I agree Ajax, Arsenal and Manchester United will win the game. But for
the Dinamo Zagreb vs Villarreal match I prefer Villarreal who will win the match. It is true that Zagreb cannot be underestimated because
they managed to beat Spurs, but they were just lucky, because indeed Spurs performance was poor. And Zagreb's luck is only up to the quarter
finals in my opinion, because Villarreal's last three matches in La Liga have won. This means that Villarreal's performance is good right now.

Very difficult to say today how the games will end, I think so for today:

I'm sure the two English teams will win today's match, or at least they will go through to the next round. I have my own reasons about my belief that these two English teams will win because the opponents they face are not very strong and also, the opposing team which has a lot of injured players becomes a difficult rotation against the English team at this moment. United and Arsenal are at least in their best form at the moment and that is the very opposite of the opponents they are facing so yeah, I'm pretty sure these two English teams will win.

If you only look at the squads, the recent history and the budget of the clubs that are still in the Europa League right now than you have 2 clear favorites to win this cup: Manchester United and Arsenal as they have by far the most valuable squads.
Everyone knows though that the Europa League has not the highes priority for the biggest clubs in europe to which i still count Arsenal and ManU. So with that in mind, i see good chances that slavia praha and granada can manage a draw in the games today, especially if ManU and Arsenal are not playing with their best players today.

Ajax vs Roma is also a great game which could also easily be a Champions League play off game. Both teams have the same quality in their squads so it depends which team is in better shape today.

Manchester can play the first away game in a draw, it will be enough for them, the main thing is to score a goal. Although I guess Manchester should win today. Surely this should have been an easy win for them considering the fact that, they are playing from home and are the better team here but, Slavia Prague is a challenging team as well.
