Despite this, I believe that Man United will win the final. They are one of the best teams in Europe, with a good coach and tactical structure.

I also support Man United to win. Man United's game started to improve at the end of this season, even though in the match against Liechester they lost, OLE featured his substitutes.

Manchester United is a more stable team than Villarreal. Villarreal have lost 3 of their last 5 matches in La Liga. They are also defeated by weak opponents. Hopefully Manchester United will have an easy win against Villarreal. My guess is that Manchester United will win the match 2-0.

@Welsh I totally agree with you because whenever I feel that he’ll redeem himself he ends up playing worst, and I hope that they sell him in the summer transfer window. Also if they start with Matic then too one should go withn Villarreal win, because Manchester United are lacking quality defensive midfielders.

I think that this result shouldn't mislead people. Because Manchester Utd have no chance left for the title and they are in a good condition in the table to be able to secure their position. There is a 4-point gap with Leicester in the end. I believe that they will play much better than this against Villarreal for winning a title this season.

We will see if they can switch gears again easily as they get a bit out of shape right now because of their horrific play day schedule. It is a bit demoralizing for them right now to concede so many losses after having been so confident all the time.

I don't think the back to back losses is going to be a contributing factor. Since during that time as mentioned above they played a lot of games. The only change I expect them to make is not to play Fred. Once he was taken off against Liverpool they looked instantly better. Okay, some of that is due to Liverpool dropping back a little more, but they definitely looked more fluid in the middle of the field. Unfortunately, Matic didn't play all that well in the limited amount of time he had on the field.

Yeah, they don't have a chance for the title, but the teams are paid more based on their position in the league, therefore Manchester United will definitely want to hold onto that second position. I expect them to play all their remaining games at full strength (obviously ignoring their injuries).

No bookmakers don't say Manchester United will win, they say Manchester United has 1/1.8=56% chances to win during the regular time. So they don't expect a victory so easy obviously. You are predicting a clean sheet for Manchester United but they disagree with you, odds are 2.24 for a clean sheet and 1.6 against on Stake.

You will probably be surprised, but Villarreal will also throw all their strength to win the Europa League, especially if Manchester United already have such a cup, then Villarreal also wants to lift the coveted cup over their heads as a winner. Same line up and formation won't work on different teams. Villareal has already seen that and what kind of plays they do so I'm pretty sure their coach will have something to disrupt their fluidity. An in-game adjustment or a back up plan would still be necessary.

The strongest clubs usually make it to the finals! Personally, for some reason I don't doubt Man U's victory either, but still don't underestimate Villareal! I'm sure it will be a very interesting match, and perhaps unpredictable... For example PSG also beat Bayern...

Yes, it was a little disappointing to the fans. But I think it will be different when they compete in the European league. They lost streak in 2 matches. Looks like OLE is really not serious about EPL? They only secure Champions League tickets for next season. The rest, they seem to focus on the Europa League because this is the only trophy that can be obtained this season. After this season maybe if they fail in Europe it needs evaluation for OLE.

A final is a final and those games have their own laws. We have seen that so often in the past. A few times there were clearly one sided games but usually it is a fight until the last minute. This time I don't know, I would say Manchester is ahead, or I would have said that weeks ago but right now Manchester has a bad streak also because of their tough schedule and rotation of players.

I tip on a 60:40 chance for Manchester United and I am convinced there won't be a goal festival for either team.
