You're right, villareal is a great team. Just look at some of the matches that have occurred, the villareal was able to draw against MU. The match this time may be the same even though I slightly favor MU to win. In Villareal's last match in LaLiga, they managed to make it difficult for Real Madrid to even lose before the draw.

Last year MU had a bad history in the European league, they also lost to the Spanish representative Sevilla. Maybe tomorrow is a revenge mission with MU but they have to be vigilant.

Bookies should be pushing this down then from all the sentiment I'm seeing, not that it's a surprise since I don't really know many Spanish supporters heh. I did get yellow submarine in at just a trickle over 5/1 so I'll be hoping for some niggly antics.

United are the classier, silkier team though for sure. Villareal have never won a major final. If United don't win this, it'll be a disastrous season considering the outlay.

When I read some of the replies here, I see that many friends are optimistic that Manchester United will win. It is true that even though he is old, Cavani has successfully become a dreaded striker. But the Cavani war could not be separated from the goodness of their middle line.
Just look at Bruno, Pogba, they are given the freedom to play so they look good, as well as Rasford. If the villareal can turn off the above players they might surprise them. But I think it's hard.

I'm one hundred percent sure that Villarreal will put a great effort into this game. This is their biggest chance recently to win an European title and qualify for the Champions League. Gerard Moreno has had a really superb season. He scored 23 goals in 33 La Liga games. And he also scored 6 goals in 11 Europa League games. He can be the game changer in this.

Manchester United has a good attack, but Villarreal has an equally good defense. In any case, the teams play only one match and I believe that both teams have equal chances of winning today. I'd say the contrary, I think they lined up more offensively than usual. They are playing with 2 offensive wingers in Rashford and Greenwood + Cavani as a target man and Fernandes behind him.
It is probably the most attacking lineup they have, the conservative version would be with Pogba on the flank and Fred in midfield.

Villarreal starting as expected, they cannot rotate much anyway. They will miss Chukwueze today.

Its pretty much the same for both sides and United is much better in all aspect. Getting 2nd in Premier League is definitely harder compared with getting 7th in LaLiga

Yes the Spanish team and that's only about Sevilla, because at least only Sevilla can win this cup for 3 consecutive seasons. Next up is the English team that sometimes wins this trophy. Villarreal has performed well so far and the bottom line is tidy, making United seem to have a deadlock to score a goal, so that Villarreal can lead the match with a score of 1-0 at this time. There's still a lot of time to spend on making a lot of changes, and I'm still confident for United because I'm betting on United.
