I think only MU can feel more or less comfortable before 2nd leg game, their 2:0 advantage looks solid.
Roma - Ajax should be very interesting. In first game Ajax played better, but Roma managed to take an advantage.
Villarreal won first game, but 1:0 advantage is very tricky. Dinamo Zagreb is good team, but Villarreal is clear favorites.
Slavia - Arsenal. Personally, I'm waiting for upset here. Slavia looked solid in first game and I think they are capable to eliminate Arsenal.

I think for a game that needs a win or draw for Manchester United, for this game they can afford to rest a few of their star players to give chance to those that don't usually get the calling regularly.
Am more than confident united has other players like the cavanis, greenwood and many more that can get the job done .

The Semi final will comprise of Manchester United;  Roma, Slavia Prague and Villareal.

Manchester united have 2 goals advantage as well as 2 away goal lead in the tie tonight at Old trafford; it should be another comprehensive victory for Ole boys. Roma has the same advantage over Ajax who were lacklustre in their home tie; Roma vs Ajax would end in a draw.

I fully appreciate your point of view. But remember Manchester City is a stable team. And the coach Solskjar is experienced enough. I think he is aware of his opponent's strengths and will shape his strategy accordingly. I don’t think Manchester will concede a rate against Granada.

Prague dominated indeed. I'm thinking of placing simple MLs on all three underdogs tonight (staying well away from Roma/Ajax). I already placed money on Zagreb and on Granada -- truly surprise packages and they might yet strike ahead. I expect Manchester United, Villarreal, Roma and maybe Arsenal to qualify to the next round of the competition. Granada isn’t a threat. This is their very first European presence so I don’t expect much. Ajax lost at home to Roma in the first leg giving the Giallorossi an edge to the second leg. Although I’m not ruling out a comeback from them, but Roma have been solid at home lately.

Even though they won against sheffield last weekend i still think that they are not consistent enough in this season to make two good games in a row and therefore i put praha in front here. I agree with you, it will be really difficult for Ajax and Roma will defend well. Ajax would have to score an early goal and also a happy game, then the promotion for Ajax could be possible. As an underdog, Praha clearly has good chances for promotion, but Arsenal are making an excellent game.

On like the UCL and the turn out of event, the Europa is going to take an interesting angle towards the teams that would be qualifying for the semi finals. The first leg didn't come out with any vividly disturbing result except for the Manchester United match against Granada that ended in a Granada 0-2 Manchester United which would be very difficult for Granada to attempt a come back. On the rest of the games, a come back is a likely possibility.  Especially in the case of Ajax Vs AS Roma.  It would be Roma at home this time but then, Ajax is a good team and they would be giving this game all they've got. There's a lot of underestimation for the Czeck side they are definitely going will fight for a ticket to the semi-finals and might remain undefeated. So I think this match will see either side will not be keeping a clean sheet.

It would be difficult think that Arsenal could lose this game, but Praga is playing very well and deserves respect for having eliminated very good teams and made it to the quarterfinals.

Ajax was unlucky on the 1st leg, they dominated the game but failed to score more goals (even a missed penalty kick by Tadic).

And also, Slavia Prague has been underestimated a lot in the past. They are complicated to play against. They seem like a no name but never lose like 5 - 0 against English or Spanish teams. They always compete heavily with whomever they face.

Playing at home without any spectator or supporter is no advantage personally the game is 50:50 Arsenal also has the opportunity to score goals in Prague,  invariably any of the two team can qualify however I bet on Arsenal to qualify based on the quality of the side and  and the numerous scoring chances they missed at Emirates in the first leg while Man Utd is also expected to qualify too.
