You know, I was saying back when UCL was still at group stage that it would actually not be a bad thing for Barca to drop into Europa and then challenge there, and from the results and reports so far, I think that's been a brilliant turnaround so far.

We're not good enough to win La Liga let alone Champions League but Europa would be a great boost, plus it's a strange but valuable ticket to enter into the top tier club competition as Villareal has shown.

Barcelona have been very prolific scoring goals in the last few games, and I am not surprised by the 4 goals the barceona players can score, they played better and deserved to win this game.

Barcelona are on fire with Xavi and some new players from the winter transfer. Their squad have some young players who are important because they are young, talented and ambitious. They are fighting to achieve something big for their career and Xavi came at the right time to boost their motive up.

Dani Alves, Aubameyang, Traore came and brought some good quality and solutions for them from defense, midfield to attacking system which are very helpful for them in general.

Xavi is absolute doing his best and the players have got their confidences back so trust the process and now we can now see positive signs appearing. The team is getting better and better.

He does it good, absolutely but things initiated by his choices on what players he will bring to the club from the winter transfer. From transfer, tactics to results, he does all good so far.  Napoli are not weak and did not sacrifice Europa League for Serie A. They fighted so seriously in the first leg but yesterday match, it's not their day.

I was very excited about the whole turn of events during last night's game. Indeed, Barcelona dominated the game by scoring in both halves. They utilised most of thier shots, dominated the ball most of the time and avoided bookings as much as possible.
Aubameyang came through again for them after netting his third goal since joining the Catalan giants.
 So much cooperation from the players and this helped them to find the back of the Napoli net.
 Lorenzo Insigne tried to ensure they grasp on to something in thd game but lost hope when the score line got to 4 for the visitors. It was indeed exciting.

The Dortmund team has disappointed us. However, after watching the first leg performance against Rangers, I did not have the courage to bet on Dortmund's victory. However, if Haaland was in the squad, the result of the match would have been in favor of Dortmund. It is hard to stick with Haaland. It is now clear that Dortmund are not a strong enough team and that they don't deserve to win the title. They have been eliminated from the Europa League. They will not be able to win the Bundesliga title either.

Dortmund showed a really disappointing performance in those two legs against the Glasgow Rangers. I mean their whole international season this year was very disappointing for me. In the champions league they were in a group with Ajax, Sporting and Besiktas so i would say they should have won that group, but they did not even manage to make the second place their which was really really bad already. Then when they were relegated to the Europa League the boss of Dortmund said that the goal is now to win the Europa League but now they are all already out of the competition after the frist play off round against a club that should be at least one tier below them.

yesterday's games were few that surprised me, but this one particularly surprised me the most:

Dinamo 1 - 0 Sevilla

I expected that Sevilla would win this game but they lost and worse, they didn't even manage to score 1 goal, asote of them and they passed to another phase

Ranger 2 - 2 Borussia

this borusia is bad, he can't stay without conceding goals that's why he lost in the first game and then comes to draw in the second game, they conceded a total of 6 goals, that's too much

Napoli 2 - 4 Barcelona

this was a game in which napoli was humiliated and i even said that napoli is not doing well, they are losing points in serie A while barcelona improved a lot this result was predictable

Although loss on second leg Sevilla keep qualify to the next round after first leg success defeat Dinamo Zagreb 3-1 and have aggregate 3-2 for Sevilla winning score. I think is lucky for Sevilla because last night have good game play but failed scoring goal although have dominance on ball possession. I think Sevilla should win on second leg but looks they can't defeat Dinamo Zagreb and made more 15 shot with 5 shot on goal. I thik now Sevilla will focus on domestic league after left 6 points behind Real Madrid standing position and still ability get chance have the same points with Real Madrid.

Xavi Hernandez has truly starting to put smiles in the face of Barcelona fans,with attractive football and he has bring in very good players into the side and they can only make the team better, Aubameyang has started coming to form he scored three at the weekend now he scored again yesterday and the team score four goals, I think they are favourite to win the Europa League after beating fellow favourite Napoli.

Maybe except for Napoli who played badly in the first half, so Barcelona could score 3 goals at half time and two of them came from defenders Alba and Pique. Aubameyang who had some good chances in the first half and ended up scoring in the second half, congratulations to Barcelona for qualifying and let's see how far Barcelona will go in this tournament.

Rangers well and truly deserved the win yesterday after aggregate points saw that the match ended in a 6-4 win against borussia Dortmund. The game would have been a 7-4 if the rangers goal had not been ruled out.
 Suffering a first leg defeat at their home, Dortmund lacked that confidence to take on their opponents, having lost points at previous games, they failed to score the goals that could have seen them qualifying to the next stage. It was such a disheartening moment for them having come this far to lose to the Scottish champions.

Napoli played quite badly in the 2nd leg when they were beaten by Barcelona with a score of 2-4, even just entering the 13th minute Napoli were already 2 goals behind by Barcelona through goals scored by Pique and Frankie De Jong respectively before Insigne's penalty goal in minute 23 to make the score 1-2. But I think Napoli did not take advantage of the opportunity to play as a home, instead Barcelona appeared more dominant and was able to score 4 goals against Napoli.

6. Rangers2 - 2 (6 : 4) Borussia Dortmund

left behind in leg1, Dortmund has to fight hard to make 2 different goals, even though they got ahead in 1st half. but, the ranger trying to change strategy with more impressive that make them end tonight. Without Haaland, Dortmund's strategy in 1st half is enough offensive, but still, they look lost to control on front, Ranger still better shott on goal although Dortmund has better for ball posession.

There will be more problems if Haaland does not exist. Because of that, relying on one man isn't the best way to play football. Whenever he gets hurt, the club suffers. Haaland is unfortunate. Borussia Dortmund have therefore been eliminated from the Europa League. Haaland's injuries are costing this team, so I believe that during the transfer window, they should find a good striker. Regardless, Rangers deserved to win.

Yea, the Rangers fought well and deserve to advance into the next round. Dortmund didn't lose it last night, but in the first game. It will be a year without any title for Dortmund which is super disappointing for them.
I think Sevilla and Barcelona are now headed to win the trophy. The quality of the games will increase now for the final rounds and I hope we can see some good games

to be honest, since the beginning of the bundesliga, i already imagined that bayern would not have an opponent capable of making them lose the title, dortmund still have to improve a lot in terms of the squad so that they have the strength to compete against bayern, about yesterday's game really it was very disappointing as they weren't able to put up a good defense capable of keeping them from conceding. now they don't have a europe league anymore and reality shows that they have no chance of winning the bundesliga in the state they are in, in short they have nothing left to win, they just have to keep winning games so they can get second place in the bundesliga

We all should understand that now Dortmund is almost nothing without Erling Haaland. Without him, they are also going nowhere as a team and it's Erling Haaland who is almost carrying the team on his back every time they win. I think things need to change in Dortmund otherwise they are always going to be a few steps behind Bayern Munich as they already are and if Erling Haaland decides to leave the team they will be further below the table in the future.

I got what I expected from the Napoli - Barcelona match yesterday. I wanted more goals than the first match and that was what we watched. And Barcelona were incredibly good in this match. They were much better than I expected to see. Their superb performance in attacking helped them finish Napoli by 4-2 here. Barcelona players are getting better every week and they are getting close to the level that Xavi would like to see from them. Of course, it is still early to be hyped about them but I believe they will have a great season next time.

that the result will be so clear, i would not have thought now rather. but the earlier 2 goals conceded by napoli in the first half were then already decisive for the further run of the game...
and as the 1-3 before halftime has fallen, it was then almost impossible for the italians to still create the wonder

I think Barcelona played really well and also overcame a few disadvantages to win the match against Napoli and also win quite convincingly in my opinion.

I really think the players should not get too ahead of themselves and remember that there is still a lot of work to be done. But I like what I am watching till now. Xavi has done a really good job with this team and made some good transfers for the team. I think this team can win the Europa League if they continue with this type of form and ambition and also do well in La Liga.

Napoli obviously played well but Barcelona was the better team in that match. I think we all know that Napoli played really well in the first leg and drew that match as they were playing in away conditions. But, I have to give credit to Barcelona for their performance in the second leg.

Congratulations to Barcelona on their great victory against Napoli! They played at the highest level they could play I think and deserved this victory from the beginning to the end of the match. Aubameyang scored again and he is performing better from now on as it seems. He has started adapting to the game plan of the team. Actually, I wouldn't say that Barcelona is back to the same type of team that they were in in the past. This team is honestly nowhere near that.

But, I think with a few more good transfers this team has the potential to achieve some great things in the future, which still needs some time in my opinion. I have seen a few footage of Barcelona players training before and now and I can say that the players looked more motivated and hungry for better performance. and obviously a lot of that credit goes to the new coach of Barcelona, the former Barcelona legend, Xavi.

I didn't expect Barcelona to play so well against Napoli. After the first game I thought they couldn't beat Napoli away. Surprised by this outcome. It's also a shame that Lazio couldn't make it through to the further stages. Porto looked worse. I think 1/8 will be the last leg for them.

since the first half barca has appeared dominant, but it is still not certain whether barca's performance will be stable in the next round of the big 16 match.  i also really regret the Rangers vs Dortmund draw, i thought Dortmund could advance to the round of 16, apparently they couldn't.

Barcelona had a great round in the Europa League. They couldn't get the result they wished for in Camp Nou. And many people thought that their job would be even tougher in the second leg. But Barcelona showed a much greater performance here and erased Napoli. I know that there was still not a very big score difference at the end but it could have been like that too. Because they were leading by 4-1 actually. And Barcelona's next opponent is going to be Galatasaray. It is official now. I already am sorry for Galatasaray in that round.
