Yes, I agree with you. Only Barcelona are ALREADY in 3rd place and have a match in hand, in another thread I made a suggestion that they might even make it to second place at the end of the season. The problem is that the opponents that Sevilla have to face now are one of the teams that are quite superior in the Europa League this season.

To be honest at the moment i can not really see that FC Sevilla is able to reach the finals of the Europa League this year, because i think that they are not the favorite in the next round against Westham United. That being said, FC Sevilla is doing really great so far this season in the Primera Divsion and they are even in front of Atletico Madrid and FC Barcelona at the moment which is quite an achievement. Even though i think that there are a few other teams that have stronger squads than FC Sevilla in my opinion i still think that we should never underestimate FC Sevilla in this competition because they have won it 6 times already which is an absolute record.
