Whichever club is in the european league right now, is the best club club that represents their respective football competition, although on paper dortmund is superior but i personally will not underestimate the rangers, if you look at dortmund performance this season both in the league and Europe, to be honest dortmund is very inconsistent in its game and it is very difficult to predict the results of the dortmund match even though they face a team that is smaller than them, in my opinion it is most likely that the rangers will surprise dortmund in the match later

Dortmund have the most chances to win the title. However, if Barcelona can beat Napoli to advance to the next round, it will be difficult to stop Barcelona. Barcelona has had serious financial and organizational problems for several years and it is unrealistic to expect all these problems to be solved overnight, with a new coach.
I agree that Barcelona needs new players but the question is whether the club is in a position to buy or bring in new players given the very difficult financial situation.
Barcelona has already lost all chances for the title in the Spanish championship, dropped out of the Champions League and even in this competition is not the favorite for the title.
I think Barcelona fans will have to be patient and give the new coach time to rebuild the team and get it back on track.

If nothing has changed, then the player who started playing in some European Cup cannot move to another team and continue playing in the European Cup there. Therefore, in theory, Barcelona can find several strong players on the transfer market (who have not yet played in European competitions this season) and buy them to strengthen.
