Xavi Hernandez has really done well I must say again,Is not an easy task,let's not forget that Ronald koeman was sack this season before xavi was employed,and he has not coach any club in Europe before he was signed by Barcelona,he was at Qater and just got his coaching badge less than two years before coming to Barcelona,and now look how he has transformed the club,this man is truly a legend, he did so well as a player now he is starting to follow same path as a coach just like Zidane did at Real Madrid, my advice to him is to take the Europa League more seriously because is an opportunity to still win a trophy after a very poor start of the season
