Frankfurt @2.45 and Rangers @2.90. I think these are evenly matched odds and neither one is too much of a favourite, so both really have a chance to win. I personally can't underestimate either of them because both of them came into this final in an unpredictable way too, so with them playing in this final they have basically been the best this season. But even so, I was expecting the surprise that Rangers might make, but I can't forget Frankfurt's performance. Regardless of the available odds, I personally still admit that Frankfurt has a better chance of winning.

I do agree that odds are getting a bit situations, it's not going to be easy to decide who will win. This is going to be an entertaining game and we will end up with some good game to watch. We should be focusing on something much closer but at the same time we have no idea what's going to happen maybe we are going to end up with a game that is 5-0 who knows? Frankfurt have some experienced players when it comes to penalty while Rangers have a very good goalkeeper in this case luck is also needed
I personally can't decide who will win because both are very necessary it's just that no one knows who's luckier before we see this drama end

I am surprised how you tipped that Frankfurt will win, I am not sure you are viewing the match. To tell you how bad the match is, after first half, I switched off my television and entered my bedroom. The match is so boring that it is only Rangers that were trying to play good football, especially the Nigerian Aribo. Frankfurt doesn't have a game plan in the match. They cannot complete passes in the opponent's half. The only option left for them is to introduce people that can take shots from outside 18 box.
I was surprised tonight and I asked myself that is this the same Frankfurt that eliminated Barcelona?

Cannot follow it as a whole since I am working but I am listening and taking a look from time to time.
I won't deny that I am influenced a bit by Frankfurt result against Barcelona particularly.

When you score all 5 penalties in shootout, you rarely can lose game. All shots were so well made that McGregor had no chances to save it. Congratulations to Eintracht!
About whole game, it was typical final, not most beautiful to watch and it's nothing surprising that 90 minutes weren't enough.
So, Bundesliga next season will have 5 teams in Champions league. And it's first time when team from Germany wins Europa league.

What a finale it was! Frankfurt and Rangers competed against each other and honestly Frankfurt played much better during the first ninety minutes. But Rangers still managed to carry the game to extra time. They were even the side to get ahead first in the game too. But in extra time, Rangers played really dominantly against their opponent. They found many goal chances but couldn't benefit from them. And the penalties ended earlier than I expected. Frankfurt managed to win 5-4 by penalties and became the champions. Aaron Ramsey missed the penalty for Rangers by the way.

A very disappointing night for Rangers. For me they were the better side and had more opportunities to win the match. Frankfurt are just lucky to win this finals because Rangers would have gotten a late goal from Ryan Kent if not for  goalkeeper Kevin Trapp's leg that blocked the ball. Just like the two finals between Liverpool and Chelsea, I would say that both teams did there best but mother luck had to favour Frankfurt. Frankfurt deserves this trophy by all means, and It's definitely not about luck being on their side, They eliminated both Barcelona and West Ham subsequently, that's definitely not what luck gets you, I'd say.  It was a quite even game imo, and could have gone either ways, but the most important thing to agree with is that Frankfurt were just brilliant in the tournament and got the ultimate prize.

As I thought Frankfurt ended up winning the Europa League trophy, but I didn't think the winner had to be decided on a penalty shootout.
Overall the two teams played pretty well, because the strength of the two teams is almost the same. We can also see from the match statistics
that there is not much difference, so it's actually very natural that in the end it had to be decided on a penalty shootout to determine the winner of

Agree. Frankfurt deserves more for the trophy because they eliminated big teams in the Europa league previous rounds. While Rangers have weaker opponents in the journey to the final. But Rangers can give a good challenge to Frankfurt in the final round, they show that they are also deserved team to play in the final. I am a bit surprised that the winning must be determined by a penalty shootout, I guessed Frankfurt will win easily in normal time.
