Unbelievable win by Lazio.
They scored an early goal with Immobile and then they dominated the match.
From the betting side the game was a tie and the Lazio's win was a good payer.
It is good to see Italian football being competitive in Europe again.

Lazio has been showing good overall form in the Serie A from a couple of years now and they are starting to show this even in international competitions like the Champions League.For me this is not a surprise,the surprise for me is seeing Psg beaten in their home field by Manchester United with a 5.40 odd.

What a dull 0:0 performance from Chelsea against Sevilla... I think if they could not score even if they played for hours against Sevilla.
Their best player was goalkeeper Edouard Mendy who saved their asses and his net.
Barcelona demolished Ferencvaros with 5:1 and Messi scored a goal from penalty, and that saved my day.
I would say other results are more less expected in today CL matches.


 

Barcelona did surprisely well. I expected after last weekend that they team spirit would have been decreased.

Ajax Amsterdam - Liverpool FC
Liverpool is considered one of the favorites to win the European Cup. The Reds coach's plans were certainly thwarted by Virgil van Dijk's injury. The absence of the Dutch defender is a huge weakening for the English champions. Liverpool are certainly the favorites in today's game, but I believe the hosts will want to take advantage of the weakness of their opponents. My bet: both teams will score.

I think Atalanta is definitely a better team than the Danes and they should start the Champions League with a victory. The @1.65 rate for Italians is very tempting. My bet: Atalanta win.

I think without Van Dijk Liverpool does not have a single decent centre back and in general they are in rather poor form at the beginning of this season while Ajax have won their last game 5-1 against Heerenveen. Obviously you cannot compare Eredivise to Champions League but imho they can surprise today, especially at their own stadium. Bet is definitely worth a try at those odds.

Don't forget they made their first final appearance without VVD and Alisson so yes, they have a really bad defence but their attack is still to me one of the best in Europe, if not the best. Mane and Salah score, Firmino is the only striker who pulls defense away all the time. They do not look like Neymar Mbappe or Suarez Messi or Kane Son, but they really have such power that even without defense, they should still slot in 2/3 goals in this match.

It's a shame for PSG to have lost at home tonight. Technically, they didn't even saw a goal as, the only goal that reads for them was an own goal from Anthony Martial. I didn't expect such a lovely game from Manchester United. By winning PSG tonight, they've got a better chance of coming out of there group.

Chelsea and Sevilla on the other hand had a great game though it's considered boring as it's the only game without a goal tonight but then, I think Chelsea had Sevilla right where they wanted them though, a win would have limited all stakes. Sevilla having no away goals is an edge. Lampard making a 90' change, I don't know the magic he was expecting but, it was really uncalled for.

Still a goal and I felt like PSG should have had a couple of penalties as well. Fernandes missed the first one again but then they had to retake it because Navas came off his line. With VAR now half of the penalties will probably have to be retaken because they keeper came off his line marginally. That's something they're going to have to learn not to do because even if you do save it they'll be given again and again but it's hard for a keeper not to be active before the kick as they often need some momentum to get to it.

I don't think they'll win in it now without Van Dijk and a draw is likely tonight. I've gone for 1-1 on the predictor so your bet might happen. I think Man City will have a better chance of winning it this year.

I just saw a couple of games highlights on this morning, I couldn't watch any games live yesterday because of the unrest in my country.

I'm very surprised to see PSG lose to Man Utd, even though I was sure Man Utd would make it through the group, and Dortmund also lost to Lazio.

Doesn't feels like goal fest for me as well. Bayern will be without Gnabry and Leroy Sane today against so it wouldn't be much difficult attack to defend against for Atletico. Plus we know Simeone and how he loves to play the defensive game  when it comes to CL and this is a crucial game for them in group stage. Will be exciting contest tho.

it all depends on the first goal timing for Bayern, if there will be any, if they score in the beginning of the match, there could be goals
with that said, i do not believe that it will go above 2.5, and that Atletico will score, so 2:0 is the score that sounds as most likely

for me, Inter is the best bet today, and i believe that after Lazio yesterday, Inter will also beat one Borussia today

Have you seen the match back then? That's one of the luckiest wins I've ever seen. Last night, however, wasn't luck. Manchester United played well and deserved to win. PSG missed a lot of opportunities, but they weren't significantly better than United, compared to the 2018/2019 CL match.

Liverpool -1.00 AHC at 2,05 (Ajax's defence barely plays against world class players except for a handful of matches a year, i have a feeling they'll struggle against Mane and Salah)

Inter ML at 1.71  (yes, Inter are used to shitting the bed in the CL, but maybe, just maybe, this will be their year? Gladbach sucks so i think the italians can get the 3pts today)

Have you seen the match back then? That's one of the luckiest wins I've ever seen. Last night, however, wasn't luck. Manchester United played well and deserved to win. PSG missed a lot of opportunities, but they weren't significantly better than United, compared to the 2018/2019 CL match.
