Real Madrid need to win but they are not the better side. Honestly I wouldn't take the risk for not a rewarding odd, my sportsbook shows 1.75 odd for Real Madrid win.
Actually I'm ignoring whole Group B tonight, I don't want to touch Shakhtar - Mönchengladbach match either. Too hard to pick a side, too hard to pick over/under goals. Anything can happen in these 2 games.

1.94 is really great odd and worth the risk. I still wouldn't put Real Madrid against myself.

I think Atalanta can believe this is their game to win. Liverpool have never been so weak in 3 seasons now,,, and they will probably play a lot of 2nd rate players, which is why they have 2.1 odds. PSG will win this one I think. Leipzig lose 5-0 to a poor United squad? Or will they take revenge and smash a lot of goals in?

Maybe for both teams BTTS is the smart bet?

Madrid's best moment to open up opportunities to qualify for the next phase begins. I think they have to win, Eden Hazard is back, they need players like him. Zidane needs to give Eden Hazard more minutes to play in this match. Despite the history of their last match in 1998 Madrid lost 3-1 but this time I chose Madrid to win by one goal difference. Apart from that Inter will play without Romelu Lukaku due to a muscle injury, this is an advantage for Madrid.

I choose with Liverpool because have continue winning last two match in champion league and now liverpool on the first top table fixture with six points after win two match. Atlanta is in second place after winning one win and one draw, I think Liverpool's chances of winning are much bigger than Atlanta because the bad results that Atlanta got last week during the draw in the Champions League they also got bad results after losing in Serie A. Wait several hours later and we see who are the winning Atlanta or Liverpool, will Gomez become destroy for Liverpool or Salah become on fire tonight.

With Real's performances in the CL thus far this season, of course they are not the better team nor favorites in this match, but I usually stick out my head to trust Madrid in this sort of games in the CL, the decisive/big games. Anything other than a win for Madrid in this game puts their qualification chances in jeopardy, I expect Real to come out and get all three points in this match.

Manchester City play Olympiakos and can go to 9 points with a win tonight, peps men are doing better in the UCL than in the EPL this season, and I expect that to continue, I am going with City to win plus BTTS.

For some reason I do not feel like betting on Liverpool. Maybe it is because of last year, they were so great and unbeaten for a very very long time in premier league but when it came to champions league they were not great at all, they lost or tied with teams way below their level last season.

So, this season I am happily betting on them at premier league and even made a profit overall from them which is nice but not putting up money on them at champions league just in case. This doesn't mean they won't win, they will probably win but I just want to make sure I am safer this way. Bayern and Madrid games are the only two games I am going with this week, it is going to not so easy to decide if I should do each individually or should I just combine them together for a bigger profit.

I am actually expecting Liverpool to have big problems tonight. As you said Atalanta is good team and they will want this win more. They are new to Europe and they are going 100% every match while Liverpool already has 6 points from first 2 games and derby against City in few days. The group is easy and Liverpool will qualify for sure so they could be playing with a bit of brakes on or maybe even try to save few players.

I have made a small bet on both to score, Atalanta to win and both teams to have over 3.5 corners @15 to start the betting and after I see line ups maybe I will add something more.

gladbach in the first half has scored 4 goals this is really surprising where Shakhtar has overthrown Real Madrid in the previous match and now it's nothing with the current score, so the game in CL is very surprising and hard to predict.

In the second half maybe there will be more goals added. I saw Gladbach play more dominant with a brilliant display.

Pretty impressive. The better question is, how could Real achieve a draw against this Mönchengladbach team This result increases the pressure on Real to win against Inter Mailand later this day. If they are going to lose, their chance to reach next round are not pretty good anymore. So I am really exciting to watch it live on tv.

The intensity of the game may have decreased a bit in the second half as these 4 goal seemed safe enough for Monchengladbach. They just need to control the game and secure this win without trying to score more goal. They can still score goals only if the opportunity arises, but a little relax in my opinion is not a problem. But now score is 0-5.

Anybody watching this? I just came home and turned on the TV, it is 5:0 for Gladbach and they just had big chance for 6:0. Never thought something like this could have happened.
