I don’t see how CL games can be postponed, it’s impossible because the tournament is still running in other countries. You can’t have a knockout competition where other teams are in the 1/4 final already waiting for Juve & Lyon to play their last 16 tie.

If anything happens it’ll just be restricted to behind closed doors games - As the famous saying goes - The show must go on.

I agree with you. It's most likely that game will be held behind closed doors. Serie A already made decision that all matches will be played without spectators. Or in worst case scenario game will be moved to other country in neutral location. There is already one example in basketball, when team from Italy were not released into Turkey and they were forced to play in Serbia.

I agree with you. It's most likely that game will be held behind closed doors. Serie A already made decision that all matches will be played without spectators. Or in worst case scenario game will be moved to other country in neutral location. There is already one example in basketball, when team from Italy were not released into Turkey and they were forced to play in Serbia.

If Italian federation feel playing behind close doors safe then surely they can go ahead because its good for team need to play at home because playing in neutral is not good for Juventus and I think there is no option for postpone this match as season is already going to end and its could be headache for UEFA and local federation.

@tranthidung you’re right that this season Messi and Ronaldo haven’t performed well, but it’s too early to rule them out of the race to win the golden boot, and between Lewandowski and Halland I would pick the latter as he’s simply brilliant and a beast in front of the goal.

Lets give them a break, these guys are over 30years and have been consistent for the past decade. Single handedly, they have carried their club respectively to win major trophies including this competition and it's quite time others step up to fill their shoes and that's what Lewandowski and Halland is currently doing as they're the players making the competition a delight to watch this season, with the goals they're scoring. If you think they (Messi and Ronaldo) are underperformed for the season, use their stats to compare with others, apart from those obviously having an incredible season.

Concerning Corona, the virus isn't only obstructing the beautiful game but also affecting the income meant to be generated which might affect the competition if precautions aren't taken. If the games are to be played indoors without supporters it means tickets won't be sold and if this continues who knows, the competition might get postpone.

Who will win the race depends on the strength of their teams - that are nearly the same, and their forms - that are excellent too. Lewandowski and Haaland are not sensible with injuries so let's see how these teams will play and end their next matches.

Messi and Ronaldo are doing well, compare with other players who have ages above 30. Their forms only fall compare to theirs in the past 2 or 3 years. Haaland, what I expect from him is his performance next season to see he is a really good player or only a one-season phenomena.

The income of many industries is hit all around the world due to the Corona virus.
It is better to have games without spectators than don't have games at all. The income of clubs would be worse if they didn't play the games due to postponements.

I think this is only happening in the Italian league, but other European countries are still safe about the Corona virus so the match is always in the title with many spectators.
Well there are lots of losses for the Italian club because of the many postponed matches and also without the spectators it's a big loss for them, but hopefully Juventus vs Lyon will remain in the title of the match.

I think uefa or serie A or any other should finally get an agreement with the TV rights all around the world to increase when there is a game without any viewers, not huge a lot but a bit of difference and change would be nice.

TV rights contracts don't work that way not unless there is some kind of fortuitous event clause that lets the league to increase their payouts on their TV rights revenue, the broadcasting media cannot adjust to the outbreak with regards to this kinds of problems. Unfortunately the only side who will need to adjust is the league/s itself and accept the fact that playing with close doors is the best option to minimize the outbreak for their country and also let this part of the season be at a loss in terms of profit. If they don't adjust by themselves and make changes happen then I would expect UEFA or their own government to force them to do so in order to give the public safety a priority.

I want this year UCL to be won by PSG but right now they will struggle a lot to eliminate Borussia but when you have Mbappe, Neymar and Cavani there are always chances for your team to score the necessary goals to move on the next phase.

Also Liverpool looks stronger and their mind is set on UCL in trying to win it again. Good hope, but unfortunately it will be difficult. We do see PSG's front lines are terrible, but they have a back line that is not solid. So they often concede. Therefore PSG will work even harder if it wants to win the UCL title this season.

After I saw that Liverpool lost two consecutive games I can be assured that they will pass in the game against Atletico and this is reinforced when I think the Atletico form which is not what is used to be and they are not in their top form.

I think that Paris is the next team to qualify based on their quality of players.

I do not think anyone will risk going to Italy from now on (except its citizens obviously) and the government will not be able to take any responsibility either of what can happen.

And it is impossible for the UCL match to be postponed for those who play in Italy. The game will definitely continue and as you said, most likely what happened is that the game will not be played in Italy. This is really very chaotic, there has been no official response from the Italian government or concerned.

Certainly not able to play in Italy as long as the quarantine goes on. The entire country is now under lockdown now after Italy's PM announced it a few hours ago. I think it will be postponed or played on other places in a neutral venue.
