I agree, that is not going to be that easy at all, it is going to be an incredible challenge. Let me put it this way, Benzema had 13 goals this season right? That means you need to have 11 seasons like that in a row to pass Benzema if you start at zero.

Of course Mbappe and Haaland is doing great, and I believe they will do even more great in the future as they grow older because they will not only be good players, but they will have experience as well, Benzema did that 13 when he was 35 I believe. But the question is, will they stay healthy? And will they always be in a team that will fight for as many games as possible? But usually a player of that age even though he still looks fit, it is very possible for his speed to decrease. Messi himself at least has his own character of how to play quickly and agile, in contrast to Ronaldo who is only a target for finishing. Ronaldo has never been underestimated in Real Madrid despite the rejection of his new salary request. It is understandable due to Ronaldo's age at that time for the club to cut down his wages. Real Madrid may be facing the same financial problems Barcelona FC are facing if they continue to pay Ronaldo his high wages.
