sure. I wouldnt dispute the power efficiency compared to scryptN coins, but more about the actual value of the coin itself given vert is seeming to be the first point of migration for gpu miners due to its popularity

yet I think HIRO did not have its true pump.. yesterdays was just small test and I think in a week we will see at least 0.0001+ price..

yep, but in long term is energy saving coin much better, its summer coin  yeah due to temps and its pretty fast...best way to switch from scrypt and for buying too

y miner was the same yesterday but the pool will catch up and report almost what the miner is actually doing

This Block was not found by P2Pool so there is no Payout. If you look up the Blocks found by P2Pool in the Blockexplorer every single Block got paid. So everything is working as is should.
According to the Link you maybe looked at the Share Explorer. These are only shares found by the workers not whole Blocks!

Btw we need more hash so join us people

Thats the Share Explorer not the found Blocks. A Miner found a Share that was calculated based on the Block you linked. But that was no Block.
