262? Holy cow! 26/6 to 262? Miraz rocks. What the heck is happening to Pakistan? Tough to believe that this is the same Pakistan team which could compete with the best several years ago.

I am a Pakistan supporter but seeing this Pakistan's performance makes me really feel different about Pakistan. We could never have imagined that today's Pakistan would perform so badly against Bangladesh. Pakistan were bowled out for 272 runs and Bangladesh's innings was in great form early on but after falling by six wickets for 26 runs, Pakistan could not pick up any significant wickets but Liton Das' 138 and Mehdi Hasan Miraj's innings of 78 kept Bangladesh alive in the match till now. If Bangladesh can get out within 200 runs on the fourth day tomorrow, then Bangladesh will have a high chance of winning this match as well.

Although the Bangladesh team was all out for 262 runs in the first innings, in the second innings of this second match, the Pakistan team fell by 2 wickets for 9 runs. But I think Shafique and Khurram Shahzad are very easy to read these two wickets, Shafique has been performing poorly for a few consecutive matches. However, Hasan Mahmood of Bangladesh team has collected massive wickets in every consecutive match. In this match, he is bowling very aggressively. Getting the all team out at 292 is not a reasonable batting and they failed to show any resistance in the batting. Pakistan after outstanding bowling picked up 6 wickets. Then other bowlers Muhammad Ali didn't pick any wickets and spin bowler Abrar Ahmad also failed to take wickets. Pakistan current score is 43 runs by losing its two wickets and leading by 55 runs. Hasan Mahmud bowling performance is amazing picked both wickets in his first bowling spell and alive Bangladesh hope to create history after winning the series. Shah Masood playing with an aggressive mindset score 21 runs from 21 balls and other end Saym Ayub is playing at 18 runs not out. The partnership between Shan Masood and Saym Ayub is very important if Pakistan wants to win this match. while Bangladesh needs to picked some early wickets in first session of the day.

Now there are friends playing because of the bad light.  It is likely to settle down in no time and Bangladesh have another full day so if they can handle a session today then tomorrow will ensure a first session win.
However, Bangladesh will want to not continue play on the fifth day as there is a chance that a sure win game will be abandoned if the rain suddenly stops the play on the fifth day.  So Bangladesh should fight in ODI style to ensure victory today itself.

It's still tough to believe that Bangladesh went from 26/6 to probably winning the second test and the entire series pretty comfortably. Crazy twist of the highest order and is an IPL level one if you ask me.

Momentum is on Bangladesh's side currently and I don't think rain would play spoilsport. This is great news for their country which is in complete shambles these days.
