Sri Lanka vs Afghanistan, 3rd ODI is going to start within 4 hours at Pallekele International Cricket Stadium, Pallekele, Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka already won previous 2 ODI matches with good performance. In 1st ODI both team played well. Pathum Nissanka did double century from Sri Lanka and Mohammad Nabi and Azmatullah Omarzai did their century from Afghanistan. Was Too much interesting. In 2nd ODI, Sri Lanka again Crossed more than 300 runs but Afghanistan performance wasn't good enough as they did only 153 runs. Today we are going to see 3rd ODI between them. It is expected from Sri Lanka, they could run well again. But can't say anything about Afghanistan. I think they would collected higher amount of runs in this match cause they already showed their batting ability in 1st ODI. This match will be too much interesting

Yeh match has been start and Afghanistan took bat first and compared to his previous matches defeat everyone expect another big defeat for Afghanistan against sirilankan team but I think may be we will have seen a different results as today scenario has been changed, if we have a look at previous matches where both of time Afghanistan lose while chasing and may be it's difficult on this pitches to chased but today Afghanistan will defend thier target so due to that reason I will go in favour of Afghanistan because I believe they have quality pacer and spinner who can damage them and hold them below required target. But now things will be totally defend on thier batters if they able to scored 300+ then I am 100% sure that results will be different. I know this victory will not be much worthy for them as they already lose thier series but will safe from white wash series.

So far, Afghanistan's batsmen have scored 177 runs in 31 overs for the loss of 4 wickets.  They are working hard and struggling enough and keep trying to win the match.I am also very confident that it will give a target of 300.  If it can't give then target above 280 will give.  Because even 150 runs off 114 balls, 320 becomes a target for them.Today, Afghanistan's batting is impressing everyone.  And playing matches with interest.  And performing well.Sri Lankan bowlers are not performing well today.  If they control the Afghanistan batsmen, the complexion of the match will change and Afghanistan might lose the match.The match is still going on.  Let's see how many targets the Afghanistan batsmen give and whether the Sri Lankan batsmen can achieve it or not.

3rd ODI match is ongoing between the Sri Lanka squad against the Afghanistan squad. Afghanistan's batting lineup is perfect for Rahmat Shah. His performance is pretty good. He already gets a run of 65 from 77 balls including 7 fours and 1 six. If Rahmat Shah stays field next over. But unfortunately, he was caught by IBW.

The third match was between Afghanistan and Sri Lanka in progress now. The first innings had been finished and now in the second, we were excited to see the Sri Lankan team batting. This is the last ODI match, The Sri Lankans won the series but I hope that the Afghanistan team will get whitewashed against Sri Lanka in the ODI  and after this series, they will also whitewashed at the T20 series too. All the matches were won by Sri Lanka now let's see will Afghanistan also lost in today's match, their team has been all out at 266 runs. Everyone tried to play good and improve himself from previous matches but I think it's a bit of bad luck with the Afghanistan team. If any biggest players join their team so I think then also they will lose.

Although Afghanistan made 266 runs which is somewhat reasonable score but Sri Lanka is playing even better as they lose no wickets and have 117 runs on the board. They only need now 150 more runs to win and they have more than 33 wickets in hand. Seems like this will be another easy Sri Lankan win.

Though not relevant to this match but let me talk about the player who was born in another country and played for another country, that is Imran Tahir.

They is one of the best spinners and now his age is 44 but still, he performed like 30. To join cricket he lost many years because when his age was 30 then he played his first international match in South Africa. He was born in Pakistan, Lahore, and he played also cricket in Pakistan Under 19, Pakistan A, and from Pakistan playing 11 but never played in the original team of Pakistan then he decided to go to England and in England didn't give him a chance to play at least on England A then after some years to spend here he went to South Africa and by chance South Africa picked him and what a play he did so he becomes a permanent player of South Africa but sadly his debut match played on his 30th age and cricket one can play by under 35 to 40 and now his time is over.

Afghanistan did not perform badly in today's match, but setting a target of 267 runs does not indicate any bad performance. However, Sri Lanka is as strong as ever at the Sri Lankan venue, so no matter how well Afghanistan performs, they will not be able to win against Sri Lanka at the Sri Lankan venue for now. Although he lost three wickets to Sri Lanka in the end, Sri Lanka scored enough runs to win the match. Another player is Imad Wasim was born in England but played cricket for Pakistan, when his age was nearly 6 he moved to Pakistan and then he decided to become a cricketer for Pakistan. He played for Pakistan Under 19 and many other teams in Pakistan leagues.

Now, come to Sikandar Raza, he is a player of Zimbabwe but he was also born in Pakistan. He tried to play at Pakistan but he didn't get a chance so he moved to Zimbabwe to play Cricket and there he was selected but now his age is 37 and after 2 or three years he will also be retired from cricket, and the Pakistan team also can't pick them because, in Pakistan, the talent come to again and again so by chance PCB can't balance to gave chance to all the peoples only luckiest people chose to play.

Afghanistan were going decent until 40th over when they lost Ikram Alikhil. Afghanistan lost 6 wickets for just 43 runs and were also not able to play there full 50 overs. From Sri Lanka side Pramod Madushan got 3 wickets and there batsmen didn't find the target nor Afghanistan bowling challenging. Its a 3-0 victory for Sri Lanka in this 3 ODI match series. Pathum Nissanka was able to score century while Avishka Fernando was unlucky to complete his century.

Previously they had several of them, including Muttiah Muralitharan, Arjuna Ranatunga, Lasith Malinga, Sanath Jayasuriya and Kumar Sangakkara. Sri Lanka has stayed where they were 25 years ago (or become even worse), while the other teams have moved light-years ahead of them. Actually I was thinking that Afghanistan maybe able to win this series. But Sri Lanka was able to use their home conditions properly to their own advantage.

At one time Sri Lanka was a first class team especially with some famous Sri Lankan players whose names you have already mentioned. Sri Lanka's main opponents were India, Australia at one time but a few days ago Sri Lanka's cricket suffered from a lack of balance and failed to even qualify for the T20 World Cup. In fact now Sri Lanka is starting to regain balance in the team especially some of Sri Lankan batsmen including Pathum Nisanka some of the batsmen and bowlers are performing very well. So I hope that Sri Lanka will play better in the coming days.

WOW! A whitewash by Srilanka in the ODI series, this series win will help the Sri Lankan team. Pathum Nissanka again got a century in the match and he got his form back at the right time as it would help Sri Lanka in the upcoming World Cup. Afghanistan's bowling has not been that good in this series they played good cricket last year in the World Cup and after the loss against Australia the team is struggling. I was not expecting them to play so badly in this series at least they could have won one game in the best of 3.

Pathum Nissanka pkayed an excellent inning scored hunder runs and win match easily for SriLinka. Afghanistan lost 3 match very baldy performance in this series.

A few days ago we saw the excellent batting of Nepalese players against Canada. Nepalese players performed well in all three of the three-match series and won all three. But Nepal batted very badly against Namibia in today's match. Given a target of only 133 runs. It will not be very difficult for Nepal to win such a small target.

Namibian bowler Gerhard bowled brilliantly today. He took 5 wickets for 28 runs in 8.1 overs. The performance of Namibia's batsmen has been good so far. At the end of 20 overs, the team collected 81 runs after losing 2 wickets. Even so, the batsmen have to bat responsibly. Namibia is likely to lose the match if they lose quick wickets.

Afghanistan Although Afghanistan played an innings of 339 runs in the first match, Afghanistan were bowled out for just 153 runs in the second match. In this match, Afghanistan lost 5 wickets between 152-153 runs. Thus, it was unusual for Afghanistan to have five batsmen dismissed. Setting a target of 266 to Afghanistan in the third ODI was a formidable one, but Sri Lanka managed to collect the target with ease. Pathum Nisanka scored two centuries in three ODI matches.

And for today's match the Namibian squad was comprised of big names such as Ruben Trumpelmann, Gerhard Erasmus and JJ Smit. Nepal gave a tough fight though. Namibia played well and won. But after watching the performance of Nepali players against Canada I expected better performance from Nepal in this match. We have seen great batting from Nepali players in all three matches against Canada. But in today's match, the Nepalese players were able to provide a target of only 133 runs.

Namibian batsmen Jan Frylinck scored 34 runs and Loftie-Eaton scored 31 runs. Since the target was not big, Namibia managed to win the match. If Nepali batsmen could have given 180+ target then Nepal would probably have won the match. I would say Namibia won this match because of Gerhard Erasmus' controlled bowling.
