Afghanistan won the toss and decided to bat in today's match. At the end of 34 overs, the team managed to collect 191 runs after losing 4 wickets. Afghanistan will not win this match if they fail to provide a target of more than 300. Sri Lankan batsmen are in very good form now.

Sri lank won the match by 7 wickets, very good victory for Sri Lanka. Afghanistan team give the target of 266 and Sri Lanka complete the run target in just 35 overs ,this match was very fasted.
Sri Lanka won this match very quickly and proved that they are a strong team. Afghanistan are in dire need of batting experience right now as their best men are not performing well in the batting.

Afghanistan were going decent until 40th over when they lost Ikram Alikhil. Afghanistan lost 6 wickets for just 43 runs and were also not able to play there full 50 overs. From Sri Lanka side Pramod Madushan got 3 wickets and there batsmen didn't find the target nor Afghanistan bowling challenging. Its a 3-0 victory for Sri Lanka in this 3 ODI match series. Pathum Nissanka was able to score century while Avishka Fernando was unlucky to complete his century.

Sri Lanka absolutely destroyed Afghanistan in the ODI series and I feel that senior players like Rashid, Mujeeb etc not being available helped them quite a bit since we all know what they are capable of.

Nissanka was the highlight of this series with a double century and a century. Good to see Wellalage performing well too.

Sri Lanka has been performing extremely well against associate nations but when they come to bigger stage they failed and we know SL had one of the most winning streak when entering into Asia Cup and we witnessed Siraj completely destroyed them in the final and in WC too they didn't made any impact.

Good to see the players are gaining experience and I hope we will see them more competitive when playing against SENA and India, Pakistan teams.

Previously they had several of them, including Muttiah Muralitharan, Arjuna Ranatunga, Lasith Malinga, Sanath Jayasuriya and Kumar Sangakkara. At one time Sri Lanka was a first class team especially with some famous Sri Lankan players whose names you have already mentioned. Sri Lanka's main opponents were India, Australia at one time but a few days ago Sri Lanka's cricket suffered from a lack of balance and failed to even qualify for the T20 World Cup. In fact now Sri Lanka is starting to regain balance in the team especially some of Sri Lankan batsmen including Pathum Nisanka some of the batsmen and bowlers are performing very well. So I hope that Sri Lanka will play better in the coming days.

WOW! A whitewash by Srilanka in the ODI series, this series win will help the Sri Lankan team. Pathum Nissanka again got a century in the match and he got his form back at the right time as it would help Sri Lanka in the upcoming World Cup. Afghanistan's bowling has not been that good in this series they played good cricket last year in the World Cup and after the loss against Australia the team is struggling. I was not expecting them to play so badly in this series at least they could have won one game in the best of 3.

SriLinka beat Afghanistan by 7 wickets also whitewashed Afghanistan by Winning three consecutive games in this series. SriLinka chase the target 267/3 wickets in his 36th over of the match. Pathum Nissanka pkayed an excellent inning scored hunder runs and win match easily for SriLinka. Afghanistan lost 3 match very baldy performance in this series.

A few days ago we saw the excellent batting of Nepalese players against Canada. Nepalese players performed well in all three of the three-match series and won all three. But Nepal batted very badly against Namibia in today's match. Given a target of only 133 runs. It will not be very difficult for Nepal to win such a small target.

Namibian bowler Gerhard bowled brilliantly today. He took 5 wickets for 28 runs in 8.1 overs. The performance of Namibia's batsmen has been good so far. At the end of 20 overs, the team collected 81 runs after losing 2 wickets. Even so, the batsmen have to bat responsibly. Namibia is likely to lose the match if they lose quick wickets.

Afghanistan Although Afghanistan played an innings of 339 runs in the first match, Afghanistan were bowled out for just 153 runs in the second match. In this match, Afghanistan lost 5 wickets between 152-153 runs. Thus, it was unusual for Afghanistan to have five batsmen dismissed. Setting a target of 266 to Afghanistan in the third ODI was a formidable one, but Sri Lanka managed to collect the target with ease. Pathum Nisanka scored two centuries in three ODI matches.

Namibian batsmen Jan Frylinck scored 34 runs and Loftie-Eaton scored 31 runs. Since the target was not big, Namibia managed to win the match. If Nepali batsmen could have given 180+ target then Nepal would probably have won the match. I would say Namibia won this match because of Gerhard Erasmus' controlled bowling.

The players of Nepal team did not perform well from the beginning, they entered the field as opening batsmen and got out in a short time. Today the bowling performance of the Namibian team has been the best, due to which the players of the Nepal team could not perform well on the field. Nepal team fell for a complete wicket to collect only 132 runs, one player of Nepal team performed well. Bhim Sharki collected 44 runs off 86 balls other players did not perform well. And the last minute Namibian team players won by 4 wickets, the best bowling performance of the Namibian team was Gerhard Erasmus who picked up five wickets alone.

Though not relevant to this match but let me talk about the player who was born in another country and played for another country, that is Imran Tahir.

The other day i was comparing Virat and Babar, who is better, It's a question that will never end in this era. On one side a player who is 26 whereas the second player is 35 but the age of 35 player records can be beaten by 26. One player is Indian while one player is Pakistan. One player's shirt number is 18 while the second number is 56.
Both are the players who always lead the opponent team to lose. No doubt it's South Africa, Australia, and others. Yes when the Pakistan vs India match is playing so both play well but Babar Azam had good records against India, Virat Kohli also had in 2022 World Cup front 2 sixes to Haris Rauf. But whenever Babar face India so he did good in 2021 World Cup, he made 65 runs while the other target was chased by Rizwan.

There is lots of international cricket going on at Kirtipur and this is good for Nepal cricket to grow. Nepal lost because they don't have runs on the board. If you score 132 runs then only a miracle can save you from defeat. Apart from Bhim Sharki 44 runs there is no Nepali batsmen who played big inning. Credit goes to Nepali bowlers for picking 6 wickets and making this small target difficult for Namibia team.

Namibia played well and won. But after watching the performance of Nepali players against Canada I expected better performance from Nepal in this match. We have seen great batting from Nepali players in all three matches against Canada. But in today's match, the Nepalese players were able to provide a target of only 133 runs.

Expectations were much higher from them as they has shown good results in thier recent previous matches but later after expensive and sudden collapse of thier top order they unable to control situation and that were become the main reason of thier defeat, as everyone has idea that 130+ around target is not enough to defend at ODI even you have plenty of quality bowlers too. In my mind it's not even enough for T20 too because cricket are becoming more and more advanced and quick and that why we even see a 240 around score in single T20 innings. Anyway Nepal should learn from his mistakes and work on thier weak zones in order to make a strong comback in second match

Then Bhim Sharki(44) and some all rounders manage to scored some runs and they able to collect total 132 runs. Need to must mention Gerhard Erasmus who got 5 wickets which was extra ordinary. And then Namibia came to bat and they slowly played the match. Some wickets gone and their top ordered batsman manage everything as planned and got the victory from nepal.

It wasn't expected such a poor performance from Nepal against Namibia. the reason behind nepal lost the match was, top order batsman unable to defend bowls as excepted and had to return from the field for their early collapse. Top batsman wanted to score more and that's why most of them lost their wicket as they failed to handle the pressure of that situation.  Bhim Sharki did 44 runs from 86 bowls. Rest of players didn't Played well but atleast scored better than top order batsman. 132 was the total target that Namibia easily Crossed and won the match. The day before tomorrow Nepal will be play again with another team. Hope they would develop themselves on next match
