I also think that India team will also win this ODi series from Sri Lanka team and whitewash Sri Lanka team same as T20 format series which was recently ended and series result iss that India team won all games with 3-0. In last game, Sri Lanka performed very great in bowling lineup and put India team under pressure but Sri Lanka batsman played very poor and lost the game. If their team want to win this game their team will play this series with full focus and try to Sort out the weak point of India team then it would be possible to win any game and secure like such a big and strong team India. Hope we see exciting game between these teams in ODi series and I also want Sri Lanka team will win this series and shock everyone.

T20 is the format where weaker teams can be competitive. As the duration of the game increases, there is less likelihood that they will be able to compete in a meaningful way. And I haven't seen any positive signals from the T20I series for Sri Lanka. The last match was close, but they got whacked by second string Indian players in almost every other match. I am not sure whether experienced players such as Virat and Rohit are required for a series against Sri Lanka. Ideally the BCCI should have rested them and instead given the opportunity to younger players. It will be better for Virat and Rohit to focus against the pig-3 teams (and obviously the IPL). Anyway these players are nearing their retirement from international cricket. Time has come for the BCCI to groom a younger bunch of players who can replace them in the long term.

Also in the last few overs of the game, MS Dhoni hit the six on the last ball and India won the World Cup. Also every achievement of Gautam Gambhir is mostly against Sri Lanka as he is the coach against Sri Lanka while he made 97 in final 2011 and India won the second ODI world Cup.

I was a direct witness of this match. Because I watched this match live on TV and even India won that match.
