If India has shown a good performance in T20I series so I hope they will do their best in the ODI series too. Because the big reason is that Virat and Rohit are now in. So now the Squad of Indian team is looking more stronger as compare to T20 squad. So I think India can make again a clean sweep in the ODI series too.

I am not sure whether experienced players such as Virat and Rohit are required for a series against Sri Lanka. Ideally the BCCI should have rested them and instead given the opportunity to younger players. It will be better for Virat and Rohit to focus against the pig-3 teams (and obviously the IPL). Anyway these players are nearing their retirement from international cricket. Time has come for the BCCI to groom a younger bunch of players who can replace them in the long term.

Also in the last few overs of the game, MS Dhoni hit the six on the last ball and India won the World Cup. Also every achievement of Gautam Gambhir is mostly against Sri Lanka as he is the coach against Sri Lanka while he made 97 in final 2011 and India won the second ODI world Cup.
