If Messi comes back to Barcelona next season I'm pretty sure that he would do his best for the team. I don't think that Xavi would change his strategies to build a game based on him. But he would surely find the right place for him in the starting eleven.

His current performance level at PSG is definitely enough for the team. As long as he keeps this up regularly they will stay strong against every team they face in the Champions League. After having a very productive season I wonder if Barcelona will try their luck by making an offer. Actually they have the biggest credit for Messi already as long as they agree terms with him about a contract.

Yea. Returning back to the club as a player will put the club under so much financial stress which is what they have been trying to resolve. Besides, times have changed as well as the squad. Anyone who thinks that if Messi returns to Barca there's going to be a good rhythm between him and Lewa and that he is going to fit well with Xavi's tactics is only day dreaming. With such a strong defense, they have the ability to beat any team. They will play against Cadiz in the next match. And I don't think Villarreal will lose against Cadiz. With the way Lionel Messi was trained and brought up in/ at La Ma Sia, I'm hundred percent sure he will still do as he did prior to the exit to PSG, what might be lacking would be his pace and strength coz he's not getting any younger.
He'll be back to take the number ten role or position that I think in my own personal observation and opinion, we might see him play with a new DM to replace Busquet, and Pedri.

Xavi Hernandez has a good understanding of what Barcelona wants what the fans dreams are so I'm positive hundred percent certain he'll be a perfect replacement for Pep Guardiola. Good Coaches have come and gone but Xavi Hernandez understands the Tiki Taka system better.

I think Barcelona can do well without Messi so far, why Xavi not keeping his trust for current squad? bringing back Messi might make Barcelona players lazy and depend on Messi and give him hope of victory. Messi is not the main striker in PSG now. So it is foolish to think that he will score a lot of goals. Galtier changed Messi's position. Now I think Messi's main responsibility is to strengthen the bonding between the midfield and forward players. Messi can now be considered a playmaker. And Messi has been able to adapt to the new position quite well. And I think we will see better performances from Messi in the future.

This time I agree with you, Barcelona need time to reach or approach the level when Xavi was still a midfield general for Barcelona. cadiz will be difficult to face villareal later, villareal is not an easy team to beat. in the last 5 La Liga matches, Villareal got good results while Cadiz in 5 La Liga matches they won only 1 time. I predict 2-0 for Villareal victory in this match.

Agree, Messi is not the main striker who is required to score goals and that is a different role with Lewandowski. In fact, at Barcelona Messi is also not a target, which means Messi is an opener and a passer and that role is completely different with Lewandowski who only has a target role. At least Messi is also more often on the sidelines and not in the middle in the core of the attack, when a player is not a target but the player is able to provide many assists and also goals then that is an extraordinary achievement that Messi is still doing to this day. Messi has managed to make an impact at the PSG this season, his contribution has been great, although it took him too long to get back to this form but it’s good I know his fans will be fuming in excitement now to see their star back in full action. Messi's contributions seems to be finally rewarded for with a new deal, it is good news for the club and the fabs at large because Messi will continue to strengthen the team and boost the squad.
