This season is one season Barcelona fans wants to forget in a hurry as this season have been one of their down seasons coupled with the financial issues of the club.  Club’s finances is always a big worry especially as it’s not going to help the club be able to get the proper signings they need. This is one challenge the club has faced this season and as such have had to manage with the injured players and the available players.

 Managing with both sets of players seems to be real tough and this can be troublesome especially for the coach. And i feel because of the trouble and all Xavi decided to depart the club at the end of the season. The win against Mallorca was a boost for them especially as they head into the UCL game against Napoli. You can see how they’ve managed to fight all hard with their injury crisis.

 Xavi has been a good manager at the Spanish side, even though they've had some shaky situations, they've just found a way to cover up lapses and make necessary coverings to the loopholes.  Well, his days with the team are technically numbered and he's got some commendations which he definitely deserves. I don't know what to say about his intended replacement but all I'll say is Barcelona as a team has work to be done and I'd love to see the new Barcelona in seasons and games to come.

I  think it's  the same news that brought barca to better gameplay, it was after Xavi announcement  of leaving  the club as a coach after the end of the season that brought barca players to their right sense, why ?? Before making that decision from Xavi he was not doing well with Barcelona, to be honest even now The team isn’t doing the best as previous seasons since the team is more combined with younger and none experienced players, as much as Xavi is not experienced in coaching after being a good football player.

Atletico managed to avenge their defeat in the first meeting this season and they crushed Girona at the Wanda Metropolitano with a fairly landslide score of 3-1. There was nothing Girona could do but accept this result and they failed to overtake Barcelona in second place in the standings.

On the other hand, Atletico established themselves in the top four by widening the gap from Bilbao to 5 points. Things will be much fiercer towards the end of the season and of course Atletico cannot be complacent because of this victory and they will still continue to fight before their chances are so certain of getting to the champions league.

These fans are bloody ingrates, they had good knowledge that the club's a broke club but they went on to pressure them legend, his decision to leave at the end of the season came up with lots of unnecessary pressure and look at him now, isn't he doing a good job for Barcelona right now?
The La Liga Competition hasn't gone well though but in the Champions League Competition, they should keep the fire burning and let's see if they can emerge as winners of the Champions League...
