I hate to be the one defending Barça here, especially given I don't support them, but I am realistic. I give credit where due. The truth is that at the present, Barcelona is performing better than It was and Seville wouldn't stand a chance.

Believe me, I don't support either Sevilla or Barcelona. I'm talking in terms of cynical betting, in terms of money. In my opinion, in this period, Barcelona is overvalued (it is profitable to bet on its opponents) due to a series of successful results. In my opinion, this is an emotional analysis not based on facts to say that Sevilla has no chance against Barcelona. Sevilla have chances even against Real Madrid. It made me really surprised to witness that Valencia got past Athletic Bilbao in the Copa del Rey as they won by 1-0 in a home game. I really didn't expect this game to end like this. I thought that Athletic Bilbao would play better than their opponent and win this game one way or another. I have the same opinion when I watched them play in the early minutes how Bilbao seemed to be sure to win. But as the match progressed, the Bilbao players seemed to open a gap and that was the point where Valencia took advantage to take points. Even though the game was dominated by Bilbao players. Both teams are doing pretty well in my opinion especially Betis but it's true that the defeat to Sevilla last week has shaken them up a bit now.
I would really like to see Atletico win again and continue their positive trend this season especially with their strikers like Suarez, Correa and Felix now starting to come back sharp. Valencia is a big fish in the La Liga ocean unlike Athletic Bilbao. They have exciting players in the likes of Yunus Musah which I think should be given more time after they have advanced to the Copa Del Rey final. For Athletic Bilbao, they should be disappointed for missing the slot to be in the final after beating seemingly difficult opponent before now.

I never expected much from  mallorca due to their performance in previous matches, mallorca has not been doing very well for sometime  now. Real Sociedad dominated the game and play very well, I think this is the 5th win for Real Sociedad against Mallorca in laliga that is why I have always predicted Real Sociedad would win the game. Mallorca tried their best to make a difference in the game but their efforts wasn't good enough to stop Sociedad from winning.

They did exactly what I expected from Real Sociedad. They played very well. Real Sociedad was ahead in terms of experience. Despite leading 1-0 in the first half, they had several good attacks in the second half. As a result, Sociedad won a beautiful 2-0. Real Sociedad have scored 44 points from 26 matches in the win, just one point behind Atletico Madrid.

I don't think Atletico Madrid are back in form. Atletico Madrid have seen a unstable performance throughout the season. Two weeks ago, Atletico Madrid conceded four goals against Barcelona. Don't think the Real Betis team is weak. In my opinion, Betis is stronger this season than Atletico Madrid. And this is Real Betis' home match, so my bet will be for Real Betis.
