They have got only one win so far and they are the number one candidate to relegate from the La Liga. Atletico Madrid should be able to win this match without a problem. I know that they are having a troubling season but this is still a must-win match for them.

Atletico Madrid 5th place are up against levante 20th place tomorrow night and without any doubts this should be a comfortable win for Atletico Madrid because they need to win this tie to go ahead of Barcelona who are currently on 4th position. Atletico Madrid used to be the team with the best defense but not this season because they are among the 8 teams who have conceded more goals this season, something must be wrong.

If Atletico Madrid is able to win this match they are going to move up the table and leave Barcelona behind.
But then Barcelona will have one match in their hands to return the favor.

Barcelona and Atletico Madrid had a really interesting week. Atletico Madrid played first against Getafe and they hardly managed to win by 4-3. I never thought that Getafe would resist them this much. And Barcelona had a derby match against Espanyol last night. After a really fierce rivalry, it ended in a draw by 2-2. Espanyol were really close to winning and they must be devastated by the last minute goal.

Yes, the truth about Espanyol was something very unexpected, personally I was watching that game even though I had many things to do, but it was worth it, I don't like how Barcelona is playing, it doesn't convince me, not as much as they are giving their best I think they cannot play well, they have to have a similar strategy to when they had it with Pep Guardiola, that at that time that team was a fortress, Real Madrid had no chance with them, of course Cabe fits note that there was Dinho, Iniesta and a number of players who were very good. Currently, football has changed a lot and it is no longer measured by which team has the best players, but by the best way of understanding each other on the pitch.

Do you think Sevilla plays consistently?
If you check their stats, Sevilla only won 2 times in the last 5 matches. It is the same as Real Madrid who won 2 matches as well. As we only have 2 candidates, Real Madrid should have a bigger chance to win. Especially, Real Madrid players' quality is much better than Sevilla players'.

I'm a fan of rel Madrid and even so I'm not happy with their current performance

Me, too. I have been a Real Madrid fan since many years ago. I know the current performance of Real Madrid looks bad. Luckily, Barcelona and Atletico also experience the same problem, cannot show their best performance. I cannot imagine if Barcelona still has Messi and Atletico can perform as usual. Real Madrid may not be in the 1st place as today.

As for Atlético, they got away with a thin margin. They did so well at the beginning, only to start losing points at the end. I think you remember one point early into the season, Atlético lead by over 12 points.

I still think Real Madrid have done so well to be at the top, though they can disappoint at times

Real Madrid is 4 points ahead of Sevilla, but there are still quite a few rounds to play. Then there is a chance for Real Madrid to lose points,
especially in the last 5 matches Real Madrid in La Liga has been inconsistent and has dropped points several times. This is a good opportunity
for Sevilla to catch up with Real Madrid's points, but unfortunately Sevilla also played inconsistently. In the last 5 matches, Sevilla have only been
able to win twice and in 3 matches they have only been able to draw. If Sevilla are serious about being champions this season, they have to do
even better.

In my opinion it most likely will come down to the game where they meet each other. That would be Sevillas chance to put maximum pressure onto them and either get very close to them or even overtake them if Real loses points until then and Sevilla doesn't. But to be honest, what are the chances that Sevilla will now start a winning streak of four or five games? That is not so likely. Maybe it happens though and we get to see some exciting games towards the end of the season.

Failure to continue the winning trend for Barcelona is a very worrying thing because Atletico Madrid currently has the same points as Barcelona.

The loss to PSG is definitely going to bring doubts on moral to the Madrid team,and maybe if care is not taken,they may loose their next league game.

I don't think Real Madrid will collapse because of this loss. They still do have good chance in a second match against PSG in their home stadium. The match with PSG shows that Real Madrid still are a big club especially in Champions League. They don't break under pressure and know how to restrict power of PSG as much as possible. Their defenders, Alaba and Militao played very well and shown that they are very good replacements for Ramos and Varane. With them, Real Madrid are in their race to La Liga trophy and in Champions League, let's see how will they performance against PSG.

Yes they should be able to maximize at least one trophy this season. Indeed, playing in the two big leagues (Champions League and La Liga) will drain the players' stamina and concentration. But that should not be used as an excuse not to bring a trophy, especially for the Real Madrid team. They have been trained in mental and other things. This is the worst season for Levante in La Liga because it can only pick one win from 23 matches and this is of course very bad when compared to previous seasons even though last season they were only struggling with the last and middle board but at least still safe from the relegation zone.
But this season is very different because indeed they have no hope and indeed they want it or not next season must be in Segunda B and I am sure of that
