La Liga has been very competitive this season. Barcelona and Real Madrid are fighting for the title. And which team will win the title is still completely uncertain. Several teams are fighting to qualify for the Champions League. Atletico Madrid, Real Sociedad, Real Betis, and Rayo Vallecano are all aiming to finish in the top four of the table. and qualifying for the Champions League.

I only high competition for top four but not for the championship. Barcelona are far from Real Madrid with 8 points and it makes the championship competition is less exciting. 8 points are so good and safe enough for Barcelona to think more about their big match with Manchester United in Old Trafford. They must win at Old Trafford at least with two goal difference to beat Manchester United in aggregated result. With good gap in La Liga, Barcelona want to win Europa League too and they will not play humbly in Old Trafford.

Despite being able to maintain their dominance in La Liga, Barcelona's performance in Europa League is not as good as expected. They could not win against Manchester United in the last match. They drew the match. And so now Barcelona will aim to win the second leg against Manchester United. If Barcelona loses their next match against United. Then they will focus entirely on winning the La Liga title. And they will win the La Liga title either way.

Barcelona feel like they are safe enough to win La Liga so that they will not want to be knocked out by Manchester United too easily. Not sure will they can win Europa League after beating Manchester United but I believe they ambitiously aim at the trophy there.

You are right that Valencia has got a financial problem. They started this season with a debt of 54M and a deadline to pay in June the 30th (2023) and 16,5M more with a deadline in September last year. So it is logical that they have only spent 13,2M in new players in the last two years and this has clear consequences in their performance.

Although Valencia is not one of my favourite teams (to be honest, it is the contrary) I wouldn't like to see them in 2ª División. Fans don't deserve this fate.

I least expected that Gatefe to beat Valencia but gone are the days that Spanish teams used to be consistent in their performance.  I remember the good days that Valencia used to do well but these days any other team can beat every other team apart from Real Madrid, Barcelona and maybe Atletico Madrid which is performing below expectation to me. Every every other club can beat any other club in Spanish La Liga, that is the difference between them and the English football

In terms of pre-match conditions, Getafe is still superior with its 2 draws, even though I really felt this was going to be a draw at first, but I was also wrong in this matter.

So far, all is not lost for Valencia. The next three teams don't have many more points than them. If they stop losing and losing points, they can climb out of the relegation zone. Xavi who is receiving praises now was classified as the worse coach Barcelona has had at the beginning of the season. They can take side anytime and they are change positions of opinions at any time.

This season they really need better left wing instead of just Ferran Torres or Ansu Fati, they are not in a stable form so Raphinha and Dembele are the players who often fill that position.
