We all know that Benzema often got an injured problem, while Modric can't play full-time as previously. For the whole season, Real Madrid can't rely on these players anymore since Real Madrid plays in some big competitions that possibly make the old players feel tired or get injured. So, I really support the idea that the old players in Real Madrid need proper successors for the next season. For the midfield line, there are already many young players. But for the attacking line, there is still no option for Benzema's successor (pure CF position).

Of course this was a very painful defeat, especially playing at home and being slaughtered 0 - 4 without any resistance goals from their students. But Xavi understands very well that what will happen in El Classico is always beyond predictions. sometimes they have done very well, but the opposing team was better. Honestly, I really regret Barcelona's defeat in the second leg of El Clasico Copa Del Rey yesterday. I didn't see what they lacked in the first half, but somehow it ended badly for Barcelona in the second half. Apart from the midfielders, I think they also lack defensiveness and are not effective up front. Lewandowski didn't have many chances, while Raphinha did too, which kept them from scoring until the end.

But I appreciate Barcelona's struggle even though I'm disappointed. This El Clasico is good for Real Madrid, but we have won a lot of El Clasico this season. I'm not saying it's fair, but it's clear that Xavi has problems between his players.

Two hat-tricks in two matches consecutively. It has been a really incredible effort by Benzema surely. It is good for Real Madrid to eliminate Barcelona as well because they don't have much chance left in the La Liga to become the champions. The Copa del Rey is at least a chance for them to finish the season with at least one title. I don't think Barcelona are too sad about being eliminated in this cup by the way. But it would have been better for them if they went for two titles together with the La Liga one.

Real Madrid can still make double actually. Because they are still a part of the Champions League as well. They are one of the biggest contenders there in the end and the last champions at the same time.

Real Madrid surprised Barcelona with goals they didn't expect from them in a well-played game, but I think this is because some of the players were in injury. Barcelona won four,out of the five games played between the two teams this season, giving the impression that Real Madrid cannot ever defeat Barcelona again. Real Madrid, on the other hand, approaches the game very seriously and exerts greater effort to prevail in any way.
The players of Real Madrid are currently in sufficient condition to participate in any match that comes their way, and the only thing on their minds is winning the Champions League, which I think they are capable of doing.

It seems that it was not a problem with the injuries to the Barcelona players that made Real Madrid win this victory. But indeed Real Madrid has found a good strategy to break through the gaps in Barcelona's defense, which this season is very strong and rarely concedes. Real Madrid still has a chance to win the CDR this season and also of course win the champions league back to back if they can make it to the final in Istanbul later.

For the previous matches in La Liga, they didn't play well constantly because Benzema often gets injured. But now Benzema is available, Real Madrid can have a chance to chase Barcelona again in 1st place.

I think it's good that Barcelona let go of one of these domestic competitions to Real Madrid and continue to get the focus on La Liga until the end of the season. Of course Barcelona expects a win, but however every team will not be able to avoid defeat forever even though they have won the first leg. Barcelona's game plan was only good for 45 minutes but then Real Madrid took over and demoralized the players especially in the second half.

But regardless, I think it was a fair result because basically Barcelona had defensive problems throughout the second half. They had several goal chances, but Thibaut Courtois and the Real Madrid defenders saved them well. So congratulations to Real Madrid for qualifying for the Copa Del Rey final, they deserved it after their epic comeback at Camp Nou.

That's not the best perception I want to hear I mean Barcelona can reach the Copa Del Rey because it's only one step away from reaching the final but they fell short in the second leg which doesn't mean they gave up this for Real Madrid but Real Madrid were able to do better than Barcelona by succeeding  big win at Camp Nou. Even as a Barcelona team, if they focus on winning Laliga they won't be burdened with the Copa del Rey match if they qualify but the fact is they fell in the semifinals.

Indeed, there is no other reason than to focus on La Liga as a champion target this season. There are still many obstacles that they will face in the upcoming matches. I hope Barcelona don't lose and lose points in vain.

If I were Carlo Ancelotti I will leave the team when the ovation is loudest. His innovation and creativity are outstanding, I was surprised to see Madrid becoming a counterattacking team. He will forever be remembered as one of the greatest coaches of Real Madrid. If he wins these two or any of the trophies, I think it will be a good time to leave Madrid. He is not getting any younger, maybe focusing on coaching a national team will be more convenient.

Vinicius Junior brings the spiciness into the game. Modric controls it and Benzema is a striker in its truest sense. I think Chelsea just isn't there yet, they haven't found and understood each other on the field.

Regarding Ancelotti, that is easier said than done! You never know when you are at your peak. Zidane thought after his first Champions League title that he perhaps won't repeat it, and when he got the second he must have thought that a third can't be possible. Ancelotti sees his team showing these performances like against Liverpool and Barcelona, which coach in the world would say that's it, I have had enough?

The bond between these three players Modrick,Vinicius and Benzema was so strong yesterday in the match. I see Ancelotti as a coach that knows what he wants at the right time. This match means a lot to him and he knew this,so he decided to take advantage of the game knowing too well that Barcelona might underestimate his club.

Barcelona have lost out in all leagues apart from Laliga. I still see Real Madrid as superior in Spain,even though they didn't start the season well but they are in good form presently.

They even have a better placement than Sevilla now. Sevilla actually have a great potential but they are still on the brink of relegation. This team doesn't deserve this poor look.

you're right the only player who has been injured so far is mendy even that hasn't affected the real madrid squad at all this season because real madrid have some good substitutes in that position. mendy is also often the second choice for ancelotti this season.

However, at the start of the season, Benzema absence had made Real Madrid game situation unmanageable quite well, but that's not the right thing to blame them for. real madrid are still pretty strong this season but in laliga they have been a bit unlucky in a number of games which have cost them points.

Over the past 3 seasons they have always finished 4th in La Liga, they really don't deserve their current condition. I don't know what happened to their internals there, but their current condition is completely absurd.

Oh yes, some guys here have already been saying that it is all about the Champions League and they wouldn't care about the Copa del Rey so much (and La Liga title ist lost anyway). I thought the opposite. This game against Barcelona was extremely important for Ancelotti because that is his chance to win at least one title this season and that gives him something to back up his desire to keep going as a coach. Even if he leaves the club, Ancelotti is a trophy hunter at heart and also one who wants to leave a place in order and with some success. I think on the one hand it would be sad to see him leave the soccer world as a coach, but on the other hand I can understand when at age 63 someone says enough is enough. Although I was hoping for some other Champions League winner than Real Madrid, I would be totally fine if they make it for Ancelotti. The guy is an icon and a gentleman.

Madrid must win streak in the last remaining matches and hope that Barcelona will lose 3 times. Meanwhile, Barcelona just have to keep focusing on winning at least until the 35th jornada and they can lock up the La Liga title this season.
The fight for the last Champions League ticket is also still tight, the 3 teams that are the strongest candidates are Real Betis, Sociedad and Villareal. I think that's the drama that's going to happen in the rest of the league this season.
