Talking about Bilbao, it looks like this week they will still get 3 additional points because their opponents are only a weak team in the relegation zone, namely Granada and for Real Sociedad they will face a fairly strong team, Villarreal. This will be the deciding match this week for both teams in securing their respective positions considering the difference is only two points.

Bilbo is in a pretty stable form right now. they do not have a single loss in the last five. And the performance from them in the last match was definitely very good. They dominated the match and also were able to keep a clean sheet in this match. Personally, so far, I do not think that they will actually be able to compete for the title. But they are definitely in competition to finish in the top four for sure. But they also have to remember that the competition for the top four in this season is going to be really hard.

But with the next match being against Granada, I think they will get another three points.

Bilbao is still too far away from competing for the title and at least always finishing in 5th or 6th position is a fairly realistic target for them. But that doesn't rule out the opportunity for them to feel a place in the Champions League, especially since Barcelona or Atletico are also in less than good conditions at the moment. There is nothing impossible for any team to reach that position and considering that Bilbao is a veteran team in La Liga, it could happen like what Real Sociedad did last season.

An additional 3 points against Granada will not only make them stay in their current position but will also get closer to competing in the top 4 zone and I think Atletico and Barcelona have to start being wary of this team.
