It's Real Madrid 2:0 Villarreal at half-time. Guess who is in the score list yet again? 
Until today, Villarreal were the only team to beat Real Madrid at the Bernabéu this year. I thought it was going to be a very hard match, but to me this looks done and dusted by half-time.
However, Real Madrid's center back injury woes continue, with Alaba being the latest casualty. Real Madrid now has only two fit center backs (Rüdiger and Nacho) with all the other 4 being injured.

I knew it was going to be a win for Real Madrid, Villarreal is not in shape enough to stop Madrid at the Bernabeu this season, but I didn't expect it to be so easy for Madrid.
It's like Villarreal came just to lose. They're playing like they want to concede. They've been horrible. Although my bet is on Real Madrid, I expected to see more fights from Villarreal. They look lost already.

In La Liga, Barcelona and Real Madrid are two teams with very high players' quality. They've got more young stars and the clubs are  seemingly promising as weeks and seasons go by. The only difference is the idea of team coordination and spirit. Real Madrid knows that they're meant to set the right build up to goals and so they play their specific roles to the best of their ability and leave the finishing work for the forward man.

Barcelona and Real Madrid are always dominating La Liga, they have much better squad quality than other teams. It is because they are popular and have great financial level. Sadly, Barcelona has a problem with their financial, that makes them difficult to maintain their squad quality. Meanwhile Real Madrid, they still can maintain their squad quality because they can buy potential players.

In Barcelona, the team is lacking in a number of areas. Lewandowski has age taking toll on him and his team mates are gradually turning every game to a one man show. This also adds to their reduced performances too. The coach should be proactive to fixing up these loopholes as they're very much a threat to team's growth.

Barcelona too relies on Lewandowski for scoring goals. They may forget that Lewandowski won't always play in his best level. Sadly, Lewandowski got a severe injury and he must take a rest a long time. It makes him to play again in his best form, he needs time to return his best performance. Unfortunately, Barcelona has no another productive attacker, it leads to the lack of goals made by Barcelona players lately.

I won't underestimate Villareal against Real Madrid today because they always found a way to score against them and produce great results and taking points so I think betting on Villareal to score might be a good decision. After the equalizer I thought Villarreal would be able to keep up with Madrid but that's unlikely to happen.

Likewise for Rodrygo, it seems like he's hot late this season because indeed when the first few matches he always failed to contribute more but slowly he rediscovered his momentum to score goals.

I'm confused about Villareal who were Champions League semi-fanalist two season ago, and that was not their first semi-final, but they keep struggling in La Liga. They are a team who can't maintain the team's quality after being good in a season. Villarreal being labeled as mediocre could suit them in a certain way. Their inability to maintain balance under pressure is something they never solve after all this time.

There will not be a speedy recovery or nothing. Seeing the knee injury of Alaba we can say that the season is over for him. It is the same injury that Eder Militao and Thibaut Courtois got earlier this season..
Now Real Madrid have a great list of injured players, so in addition to these three players, we have also Vinicius, Camavinga, Guler and Carvajal. Ancelotti is lucky to have substitutes for all these injured players. Another coach in another team will get a serious negative results after losing many main players and will be sacked for that.

Barcelona is doing quite terrible still, I feel like there is no end in sight, they have been quite bad recently and they lost too many games that they could have won, which puts them even further away from the top. Real Madrid on the other hand is keeping the chase, Girona could win tomorrow and get the title again so there is really nothing shocking but we need to realize that we can't keep expecting Girona to constantly have wins neither, we need to realize that we are going to end up with a loss eventually one way or another. Real will probably take the top spot eventually for good, but Barcelona can't even be second this season if they keep this up, the yare too far away.

It is so surprising that Girona not only succeed to survive through pressure of Real Madrid and Barcelona but even won over Barcelona at Nou Camp and now they have 2 points more than Real Madrid, 6 points more than Barcelona. They have a chance to expand the gap with Barcelona to 9 points if they can win their match in coming hours.

Girona have good attacking power but they don't have too strong defense system that they must improve if wanting to hunt for high position at the end of La Liga. For their next match, I really hope they will get three points to create pressure on Real Madrid and make La Liga more exciting in coming matches.

Indeed, it is very surprising that Girona could be in the top of La Liga standings. But Real Madrid is leading the standings temporarily after Real Madrid got 3 points from the match against Villareal. Girona still has 1 unplayed match against weak team, Alaves. With the current condition of Girona players, I no doubt that Girona will win against Alaves and returns to the 1st place.

Yes, Girona has a great attacking but still has a bad defense. They probably will strengthen their defense in the next transfer window.

Girona is the most underrated team in La Liga among the big teams. I once heard a podcast that said that Girona is like other mediocre teams where they can only be in first place for a few matches and will return to the middle of the standings over time. But currently, when the Spanish league has played 16 matches, they are still in first place. That proves that they are actually a very solid team. But honestly, I still doubt whether they will be able to lift the trophy or not. Because I think Madrid has the biggest chance of lifting the trophy this season.

In another match we saw Sevilla again slaughtered with a fairly striking score from Getafe in their home match.

They played in front of their own supporters but they were the ones who got into trouble because they had to lose with a score of 0-3 in this match.After falling behind by 1 goal Sevilla played more boldly by making sporadic attacks which actually made their defense slacken because some defenders participated in the attack which made the situation in the defense line empty and this could be used well by Getafe with their fast counterattack.

With this result, even though Sevilla are still above the relegation zone but their points are still not safe because they have the same number of points as Cadiz who are in the relegation zone and now I think their focus should be greater for La Liga because now they are out of the Champions League zone.

Yep, this is not very good for Sevilla but indeed when looking at the current conditions and the situation of Sevilla in recent seasons, especially for the beginning of the season, they always have the same performance, I am actually not too surprised by the results they have, it's just that this is quite upsetting to see.

Well, I can't say less about a Madrid team, so it is very strong, the entire squad is something spectacular, I could say things that have happened , the best possible because everything is directed by Ancelotti himself, Bellingham is a very good player, In the games it has been seen that we must also give credit to Joselu because he wants to do everything to win over his fans, playing like this with so much motivation is what I like most about Madrid, which is why it is my favorite team, now Madrid He is doing an excellent job and it shows Clearly.

Carlo Ancelotti said he's "never seen three cruciate ligament injuries in four months" after David Alaba joined Thibaut Courtois and Éder Militão on Real Madrid's long-term injury list, with the coach admitting the club could now consider a move for a defender in January.

Centre-back Alaba was substituted in the 35th minute of Madrid's 4-1 LaLiga win over Villarreal on Sunday after his knee appeared to buckle as he challenged for the ball in the centre circle at the Santiago Bernabeu.

ACL injury sucks and this will take some months for Alaba to return. This injury of Alaba will bring more issues to Real Madrid's defense system. I wish best for the player and hope he will return healthy and can play normally too.

Think beyond this injury and by looking at the standing table, is this a season reserved by destiny for Girona to make a big shock in La Liga like Leicester City did seasons ago in Premier League. So far only Real Madrid are closely with Girona and Girona have very good gaps against two other clubs in top four, Atletico Madrid and Barcelona. If this injury damages Real Madrid defense system in coming months, Girona will be given a very good chance to maintain their first position.

Bellingham will be a Madrid star even at his young age. 13 goals in 15 games in La Liga. that is a great achievement. Even currently Bellingham is La Liga's top scorer. Even though he is actually a midfielder and not a striker, he is able to be more productive than Madrid's strikers.
it is very possible for Madrid to dominate this season. Barcelona is behind by a point difference, maybe only Girona will compete closely with Madrid if they can still be consistent.
Girona will face Alaves, I think they can win and overtake Madrid again.
