I'v always mentioned it on this trend that it seem xavi is yet to fix his tactical approach to games for Barcelona because you keep seeing the same thing happening almost all the time, last night made it twice I've carefully observed to see that he needs to employ a different approach to be able to lead the game and stay ahead till the end of the game.

I learned from an article I red somewhere that he said he's trying to not stress victor roqque and thats why he often brings him in late but then that isn't helping the team enough, last night they almost drew their game if not for the goal of Felix and the assistance of yamal that led to their fourth goals, i'v observed that whenever ever xavi makes changes and bring in the trio of yamal, roque and Felix there's always a change in the performance of Barcelona and they tend to win games even better but then his love for lewandoski wouldn't allow him see to trying out games without him and putting this young talent's to work.

Xavi didn't get the money that he wanted and that is a reason he didn't bring the results that were probably expected from him. But before he came into the team he knew that the situation was going to be like this and he still took the job. So he knew what he was getting himself into. So now complaining is not an option for him. I am not saying that he is complaining a lot. But better results are expected. And the tactics are also not the best from him right now. He could do better.

But the problem for Barcelona is that they can not afford to bring in another new coach. Let's say for some reason Barcelona thinks that they deserve better results. They fire Xavi.

Girona i love the way they raised and picked every one with surprise. And Sevilla is not even a match for Girona currently and I expected more from them  in this game you know at first when the season was still fresh Girona was up and doing and they were showing their selfes and now they can not even stand were this clubs are standings. Not even a breathing space was given to them till when the game finishes it was an excellent game coming from Girona and when they are serious competitor like this in a league it make everything more intriguing and competitive. And you will see now that real Madrid will not want to take chances of any kind because they are always Flipping them selfs. Yeah, sure, Girona played such classy football this season. In every game, they are just dominating the performance like in the previous match against Sevilla, and this performance made them win the game with pretty good scores. Girona goal difference is so good if we look at their status in which we can see that Girona have a big ratio of goals against the big club, and their goal scoring ratio is similar to Real Madrid. Despite the fact that Real Madrid has a good and talented striker in their attacking sense, Girona's striker is not as prominent as Real Madrid, but despite this, Girona's goal scoring has been quite good. And this is the thing that makes a club get victory over a big club.

Not everyone expected Girona to have leveled up this quickly and I know even real Madrid will be surprised by the level that Girona is going the only people giving real Madrid worries now is Girona and I don't blame them guys can not be underestimated at all, and even Girona now is on a look out for real madrid because they are only leading real madrid with just one point so if Madrid should win their next match then they will still maintain there position. am not sure if Girona will make it that easy for Real Madrid and the only clubs people are even concerned about now are Real Madrid and Girona nobody is even talking about Barcelona they have not been in their best performance even with all the threats coming from their coach.  and how sure are you that gironal will lose the tittle to real madrid you can not always predict football sometimes. sevila is even worst this season and the interesting part is that they started well. and from the way they are playing it is clear that they wont go far in the la liga any were they stop this season they will continue next season. even Barcelona wont go far.

There's enough pressure exerted on Girona this season, they're lucky enough to survived this very moment, it have no been easy race but I think let's make room for the best team to win. That was a great performance for girona,that was,I think girona is up to something i strongly believe that girona will make a victory in that very game.because sevilla is not form this season there performance last season was never to be compared with this season either, I guess the coach really need to work on the team, at least he should try and figure out where the fault is coming from.

Because with the look of things they might end up in the raligation zone this season the coach should try and do something about it before it will be too late ,because the early the better for them,I felt extremely ashamed of there performance either.

However girona is been tough this time, there previous match against atletico Madrid was one of the most toughest match ever. i
Never believed they will win the match,they really need to be consistent this time because there's no much different from real madrid. just a difference of one point any slightest mistake from them real madrid will take over.and once they entered into the top of the table that's final for girona because there's no way they can get back to the top of the table anymore, because real madrid will be very conscious so that to maintain the position.they are trying so hard to get there,well let's see how it goes.
