I know Luka Modric is still energetic enough to continue playing professional football at top level but do you actually think he took a good decision to play another season with Real Madrid? I'm a Real Madrid fan and is a big admirer of Modric's style of football but to I was expecting him to leave the club after winning the UEFA Champions League and the Spanish La Liga title last season with Real Madrid bht just like you, I was surprised that he decided to stay back for one more season. I'm admiring Modric's ambition honestly. Every time it feels like "That's it! Modric is going to leave and retire.". But in all those times, he proves me wrong. His energy never depletes which is impressive. I'm saying it again anyway. I think this is going to be his last year at Real Madrid for real. But he will add more to his memories with probably new trophies too.    He is one of the best midfielders in history in my opinion.
