Houston Texans at Jacksonville Jaguars (+1.5) Chicago Bears at Philadelphia Eagles (-4) Washington Redskins at Buffalo Bills (-10.5) New York Jets at Miami Dolphins (+3.5) Tennessee Titans at Carolina Panthers (-3.5) Indianapolis Colts at Pittsburgh Steelers (+1) Minnesota Vikings at Kansas City Chiefs (+2.5) Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Seattle Seahawks (-5.5) Detroit Lions at Oakland Raiders (-2.5) Cleveland Browns at Denver Broncos (+4) Green Bay Packers at Los Angeles Chargers (+3.5) New England Patriots at Baltimore Ravens (+3) Dallas Cowboys at New York Giants (+7)
I'm actually with you on most of those picks. The favorite game of the week is Seattle Seahawks at home giving less than a td. Seattle at home is so tough and against a bucs defense that gives up the plays it does I expect a game in the realm of 34-24, something along those lines. I'm in on the hawks and the over on that game Yeah, I don't see the Seagulls not covering (w00ps I promised not to call them that after they won the SB). I keep going back and forth on this. Minnesota Vikings at Kansas City Chiefs (+2.5)

Matt Moore is not a bad quarterback so kc can definately hold up in this one. Either way I would take minnesota and have them ride dalvin cook to the win.

This Colts and Steelers game is killing me right now, I just need the Colts to win as I took them at the ML as the +1 point spread isn't much and I prefer to go with the ML. I got the Colts, Eagles, Panthers in a small parlay at the ML along with the Pats. The Panthers look home but the other two games could still go either way.

I just finished watching the Steelers and Colts highlights. Feels good to be the only one who picked the Steelers to win at home (too bad for vella85's parlay though). Colts beat themselves with two bad fumbles and so many flags at the wrong time. The missed game-winning FG by Vinatieri was the cherry on top. I got decent points from Samuels despite the late turnover. My fantasy team might make it this week for a change, McCaffrey was clutch with 3 TD, i just need Stafford to keep throwing TDs in the second half.

New England Patriots at Baltimore Ravens (+3)
The match later between Ravens and Patriots is interesting as their last meeting was 3 years ago. The handicap for this match feels like something isn't right the bookies know something that many of us don't it's way too low. But I still like the handicap on the Patriots' they seem unstoppable and currently I don't think any team is able to hand them their first loss.

The dolphins got their first win of the season so you never know. It just might the day they will get a loss. The patriots have several of their main players marked as questionable including edelman, burkhead and chung. So this might be a problem for new england as the ravens have back marquise brown from a very long absence.

I normally loathe the idea of betting on the Patriots for personal reasons, yet I did today, and lost big. I only took a spread of -2 to play it safe. It was still anything but safe. Colts also lost to the Steelers... Back to the drawing board...

@nutildah. The Patriots were always fumbling the ball. However, you also cannot refuse to admit Lamar Jackson's talent for winning the game for the Ravens. He might be MVP, I reckon.

Lamar jackson does deserve mvp for the year because of breaking the patriots flawless record eight games into the season and the real reason would be frustrating tom brady so much was something to behold. They panned over to where he was sitting at one point and he looked as if he was having a mental breakdown on the sidelines with grabbing at the air with one hand and bowing his head down as if he was having a tantrum right after the qb fumble late in the forth quarter. Later on he noticed the camera was on him and ended up swearing and looking away. Not too many teams can do this to a usually calm brady and he only acts like this during the post season. If another quarterback can cause him this much grief so early in the season then he does deserve the respect from all the other teams out there and has something going which is great. They also didnt just win the game they massacred the new england team winning by 17 points which wasnt offered by any of the odds makers at all.

I also noticed this, Brady is obviously a competitor and would like to win every game but this was something different he was frustrated by what was happening, the Ravens nullified everything the Patriots tried and they are now officially the biggest threat on the AFC. Also week 9 offered some surprising results which probably generated quite a frustration for gamblers, no only the Patriots lost, the Vikings were defeated by a backup QB, the Packers were defeated as well, and the most surprising result of all, the Dolphins won, I really thought they will go 0-16 and now the Jets, Dolphins and Bengals are in a race to see who can tank the fastest and they will play each other later in the season. Edit: I forgot the Redskins they are tanking as well but will only play the Jets on week 11.

I hate when teams look like they are tanking so it was refreshing to see the dolphins win this week. I would never tank for draft position because a lot of times the top players selected dont end up becoming the best players in that draft. Win as many games as you can and then worry about where you are drafting later on.

I doubt it had anything to do with jackson, he is but a flea on bradys ass. He also will be hurt within a few years just like the rest of them, it is inevitable. The league builds these rivalries and pumps them for the punters, its pretty obvious if you watch for it. Not to say the kid isn't talented, he will elevate the ravens for years unless when he gets hurt he doesn't rebound and instead turns out like Luck did. Brady looks out of sorts immediately, the first time they were in the red zone he looked like a rabbit in a trap. I thought it was weird and thought he might be acting and that it was a setup game and pretty much stopped watching it then. it was apparent at that point who was going to win that game. Normally this happens when they are playing a division rival though so I was pretty surprised it happened in this game, i guess it will make a great build up for the rematch in the playoffs.

Unfortunately I agree with this statement. While there are few running quarterbacks with the skills, one wrong tackle and there goes his mcl/acl. I hope I'm wrong but quarterbacks never run protected, especially Lamar. He looks like he is playing backyard football. I do have him in one of my fantasy leagues and the dude is a ff monster. Hopefully he can keep it up.

I didn't hit with my parlay last week as the Pats let me down.
My early picks for this week Chargers ML, Bucs ML and Steelers to cover the +3.5 spread. I have also taken these plays in a small parlay for $10, I don't like to bet too much on parlays as the risk is always higher.

New poll up.
[253] BUFFALO [254] CLEVELAND
11/10 1:00 PM
Average spread is currently about -3 Cleveland, which I find a bit odd seeing as how they are 6-2 and Cleveland is 2-6.
I'm thinking of taking the under at 40 on this one.
I would have posted the Chargers/Raiders game as that one only has a spread of 1, but it starts in about 22 hours, so... oh well.

Doesn't make any sense to me either but I guess this explains it. https://buffalonews.com/2019/11/05/buffalo-bills-cleveland-browns-nfl-betting-lines-point-spreads/In other news one of my fantasy team is driving me nuts trying to set a lineup. I think I'll post it for you guys tomorrow to see if I can make some tough choices. BTW, I like the chargers +3 or 4 even.

I've decided to make a game of it, whoever sets the best lineup wins some merit.
OK guys, here is my lineup that I really need a win. 1/2PPR
The pack is tight I'm in 3rd with a 5-4 record playing the 8th place with a 4-5 record.
Kirk Cousins Min - QB I think Cousins is the safer play so I am leaning his was even though Dallas has been very tough on QB's Sun 8:20 pm @ Dal WR Cooper Kupp LAR - WR Must start always Sun 4:25 pm @ Pit WR Christian Kirk Ari - WR I think the matchup is so good here I have him in instead of Locket (talk me out of it???) Locket doesn't tend to be consistant and he will be covered well Sun 1:00 pm @ TB RB Saquon Barkley NYG - RB Must start always Sun 1:00 pm @ NYJ RB Ronald Jones II TB - RB He will get the bulk of the carries and has been named the #1 and Arians doesn't lie about that shit. I feel coleman in committee is more of a dice roll. Sun 1:00 pm vs Ari TE Player Note George Kittle SF - TE God I've got the 3 best TE's and I don't know, the matchups are all great. Kittle's Questionable tag has me concerned as its for a monday game. Mon 8:15 pm vs Sea W/R/T Travis Kelce KC - TE The choices for flex are just great, I need more rostor spots this week! I really want to play Hunter Henry this week. Sun 1:00 pm @ Ten
BN Jared Goff LAR - QB Meh, what a disappointment this year. Sun 4:25 pm @ Pit BN Tyler Lockett Sea - WR Playing SF D is tough Mon 8:15 pm @ SF BN Tevin Coleman SF - RB Kinda 31 but still a 3 man committee and didn't look good last week (low floor) Mon 8:15 pm vs Sea BN Hunter Henry LAC - TE Fresh for the season and playing top notch on a team that likes to target TE's Thu 8:20 pm @ Oak BN Robert Woods LAR - WR Meh, what a disappointment this year.
I'm torn on Flex and RB2 and Wr2 I guess mostly, even though I don't have alpot of faith in Goff or Cousins and have been playing with the Idea of dropping one and streaming Jacoby Brissett( Questionable) v/s Miami or even Ryan Tannehill VS KC

QB definately cousins there. Goff is a bad play this week (I have home too and am highly disappointed). Kirk over Lockett I'm fine with. That pass defense kirk is going to face is nonexistent. Toss up but I'd stick with kirk. I would switch running backs, I dont like any Tampa running back unless forced because of byes. In this case I'd take Coleman over Jones, tamp just passes way too much to stick a tb RB in your lineup. Other than that.....how did you get kelce, kittle and henry on your team!!! That's a deep TE position to be in

My draft position I decided to corner the the position (1st pick barkley then kittle/kelce in a row)but have been unable to make a trade for one and scooped henry off the wire to hedge my position. Sucks i can't play them all. I was hoping to get Melvin Gordon for one but no luck on that, rb is just too scarce this year.

Who have you guys got for tonight's game?
I'm really liking the Chargers tonight to get the job done at the ML which I'll take in a single bet and also put on a small parlay bet with some NBA games to help build up some value. I already have a parlay on the NFL this week with the Chargers in it at the ML. Good luck for the ones that bet on tonight's game.
