It doesn't affect me with absolutely anything but what I was trying to point out is the fact that I don't like the way that this gambling industry is being promoted. In 2020, dozens of streamers suddenly started gambling with this crazy huge stakes like $10k - 50k bonus buys for example. This is simply not realistic and not even entertaining anymore. In order to be able to afford to lose such high amounts of money like $100k to $250k in a couple of minutes/hours you would need to be in the range of hundreds of millions rich. Even then you wouldn't gamble such amounts of money,unless you are a degenerate gambler.

So, it's all just a marketing strategy. Streamers get free money to play with(in different forms), they increase their audience while also withdrawing a certain percentage of their winnings while casinos gain more customers due to this advertising of super big wins these streamers get on their casino. Nothing wrong with streamers getting sponsored or receiving special deals, at the end of the day this is their job. But just not at this level,i mean where are we going to go from here? That would mean that they would need to connect to some sort of exchange or a swap website to make that automatic, they can't create a whole exchange type of thing since that would be difficult not like they could have a market where people buy and sell like they do on binance or coinbase that type of exchange building inside a casino would be difficult.

And I have to say in order to make that swap work with an API connecting to another website, that is a difficult thing because they have to actually trust that place and any problem with that website would be a problem here as well so I do understand why they would take their time to build something like that because they want to make sure they do it right on the first try.

Roobet has been running long in the market now, IMO, I think if Roobet wants to add sports betting, they should have done it before. Maybe it's not on their plan to add any, just my opinion. But still, everything depends on them.

Normally, bitcoin network is less congestested in the weekends and as of now 12sat/byte is enough for a transaction to get included into the next block so that is the reason why they mentioned like that. But it doesn't mean the fee will be in that range for every weekends.

We don't know the exact reason about  why the fee is low mostly in week, But you can assume that many people are at rest at that time so maybe majority are on break taking some good nap on weekends.

You have almost answered your own question. In order to have the function of a legal cryptocurrency exchange, they would have to have an appropriate license in addition to the license of the gambling business. These are additional legal risks, additional need to request documents from users and so on. No one wants to do it, and there are many legitimate reasons for it.

no specification about why the fee is High Or low n weekends or even in weekdays ,because before the congestion or should i say the Bullish market comes this year or late last year , The fee in withdrawal is almost the same everyday meaning the changes happens only in the Bull market or when time that congestion comes when too many withdrawals and deposits coming back and front .
But Logic? no there is nothing AFAIK..

Normally fees on weekends are lower than weekdays, it still depends on the traffic on mempool. I think there are less transaction being broadcasted on weekends compared to weekdays that's why fees are less on that time. But that is not always the scenario since it depends on mempool. It could also be higher or much much lower, sometimes, fees are completely still.

Yeah, so my conclusion is Roobet may not have such internal conversion feature in near future which many people refuse to accept that. But it's more harm and they lose players if they impose KYC restrictions for the people who want to bet on their site.

AFAIK most online casino has KYC. But it's not for every user of the site. If I am not mistaken, those users who only at/exceeds a particular amount in their balance should undergo into KYC. Not every member. Money laundering on casinos won't be easy. It will be really suspecious if the user just deposit, use internal exchange, and then withdraw all the time.
