Hi. Apologize if ever I have done something wrong in behalf of Roobet Team. I am actually planning to ask them privately before asking here but suddenly I though that it would be best to at least know the opinions of other people about the advantages and drawbacks of my decision. I also wanted to reflect about my decision to know whether if I will going to continue it or not so as not to waste Roobet's support time and effort in replying to my query.

Thank you for understanding. Honestly, my primary reason why I ask such particular question is that to know if my plan would work positively and without issues in behalf of Roobet. Also, there is actually no problem if Roobet doesn't respond in this thread, what's important for me is the reply of other forum members (you guys) to pinpoint what are the possible complications that might happen along the process. With that being said, I thank everyone for all opinions you have given me to help decide what is correct.

They Won't achieve what they have now if they are acting as forced acting , Because Roobet had through a Lot since 2019 and now that they are on top , I think they are doing the right thing .

Do you really think that Roobet would really be just be making decisions because they've been forced to? Im sure that they would do on whats right for their business.

They cant just accept nor ignore just because they had been asked out in public.They do all have the rights and if they would oppose on that user plans
then they can simply reject nor refuse and what public could do? could it really affect their reputation? no its not.

It can also be disastrous if you did something that might taint their reputation and they start losing clients as a result of your actions. They will consider the impact of your proposal and then they will either give permission for the free advertising or they will deny it. 

I never thought about this especially if the NFT I put to a public sale involves the reputation of the Roobet Casino just because I am using their logo. There is a greater possibility that I would taint their public image due to my incompetence of making NFT's. To be honest, I am still inexperienced and still looking for people in other boards that has experience in the NFT industry.

Perhaps, creating original works would be a better idea.

Guys that's exactly what I said? Have you read my message? I am saying that the "right" thing to do would be to send a pm, or an email and waiting for a response but we all know a question like this will not end up with a proper response, sure if you are having trouble with your roobet account or some issues about the casino you will get a response for your email, but if you end up not being serious and asking questions like this there will be no response because there is no need for one. can someone from support please confirm when kyc documents are needed? it says when depositing or withdrawing cash but neither of those appear to be options to begin with. at what point are the documents needed? this is a big concern to me

I checked their AML policy and it looks like you always need to do KYC when withdrawing from Roobet for the first time (though it's just filling in name/date of birth/country), and then you have to do a stricter KYC each time you withdraw $2000 or deposit $2000, that involves your ID or passport/driver's license.

For depositing/withdrawing more than $5000, you need to give them your source of wealth.

Isn't it annoying to have to pass kyc every time you want to deposit or withdraw a little big amount? In this case, is it not enough to complete kyc once or twice a year? I didn't get any reason why you have to pass kyc each time you have made withdraw/deposit!

Where do you see that on their TOS?
The last time I check the user that deposits/withdraws or sends another person a huge amount is to perform over the period of 24 months which is still fair in other for them to know the user reside address is still the same due to the increase in the crypto scam.

I know one on our country that does this, I guess it is to follow the law and to avoid future lawsuits to casino. Yeah they are definitely doing much better than we have expected, there is really nothing too shocking about what's going on with roobet and how much they are getting famous because we are talking about a place that is great for everyone and they have been giving money like crazy, I know casinos do promotional stuff and get more people in but the fact is that this place has been giving a lot more.

I do not think that there are a lot of casinos that requires KYC, I never faced one that required it upfront, only if there is a problem. I have been gambling for about 8 years now on crypto, I was here when it was just satoshidice and you could play it on blockchain.info and nowhere else and I remember when primedice and just-dice first started, so basically I doubt that there is anyone who can remember further back since that's the start anyway which means I was here from day 1.

And I can tell you that there is really no reason why any of this should happen upfront, places sometimes end up asking for KYC and I never really liked that but at least that's when there is a problem, not when everything is going smooth without a problem, you can't ask it upfront. Hopefully roobet will stay at "no-kyc" zone in the future because with KYC requirement, I am out.
