Because it is 1x? your image shows that the crash point was 1x instead of 1.21 so the verifier should show 1x as well

Probably you bet 0 aka demo bet that can not be found on bet history and made a real bet on the next round which was 1x.

@mikii9 this is definitely an interesting find, but have you raised this issue with the support and if you did what answer did they give you for this issue. Also yea many player’s including me don’t really look at it, but I’m not going to doubt Roobet intentions because they seem to be a legit site, so do share support team response as that should clear the matter for all of us.

The fact that a platform requires KYC has absolutely nothing to do with whether the site can be hacked or whether scams take place there - unfortunately. Just look at the hacks of the exchanges in the last time, without exception all exchanges had required KYC and were hacked anyway. A hacker does not usually create an account beforehand

KYC has no advantages for the user in my opinion, quite the opposite. But I understand that KYC is required, especially where there are FIAT interfaces.

So the error on that particular hash could be on Roobet's system and it probably showed an incorrect hash so the verifier gave a different result when the hash was verified

I personally dont think that there is an ill intention of trying to manipulate the result though just some sort of error. It is worth to be reported but unless you can get a hold directly to their tech team then the live support probably wont have any clue of what you are reporting to them

The live support barely knows anything. I have had unpleasant experiences with them, they will answer your question only based on their SOP

yes as i said, it mostly gives the exact same crash results except for something like 2-3 times every 100 games which .. are 1x when they shouldnt be. Around 3-4 1x every 100 games when it should be only 1 per 100 game, and half of them are giving different results on crash.site when i verify..

You said it's just an error, i did bet 25$ on this particular game and i didnt receive those 2500$, it also made me lose my autobet 25$ x 100. I'm not complaining about losing, i'm trying to understand why i lost when i should have won after verifying those results.

Meaning you have posted here first before sending them an Email? well that's the best thing you do asking their support so roobet will check your issue and come to conclusion and solution.

i contacted their live chat support before posting here, they kept linking me their own verifier on their site, so i asked here for help, since people on this forum usually have a better understanding of this game than me and obviously from their live chat support.

i believe its all about house edge, so they made a seed event, and changed the house edge ( adding tons of 1x ) in the middle of their run?


Before people tell me it's legit, i've been playing crash since years, on roobet you literally have at least 6 1.00x every 100 games  



/edit, this is much worst than 6 1.00, i'm been taking a look, and they changed around 20 X every 100 games to 1.00X, what kind of house edge or stuff is that?

I sent a PM to @Rhavar and @Webtricks, both of them are an expert on provably fair mechanism so they should probably know what is happening with this. If two verifier websites show the same result for the specific hash but it was crashing on 1x then its pretty weird though

But i do believe almost no one would spend their time to check every hash after the bet (you are one of those). But Roobet has a great reputation in gambling, i also doubt they are faked the result of game to scam people.

The same happened in exchanges, we all know that most exchanges did not ask KYC in the early days but they have to make it mandatory due to regulation since few years back.
Now we are starting to see some casinos asking for KYC as well, and it can be something common in the near future.
Of course it will bring some pro's and con's, but players has their own choice whether to accept it or not.

By now we should start to get used to it since maybe in future almost all casino's either old or new will require this since maybe this is new requirements by the law to the casino to implement this order in future so for now if I where the gambler bettee quit if you can't do some of the requirements they ask. Well yeah player has their own choice but  sin e government are now noticing the gambling crypto scene so expect that they will ask money from the gamblers ans maybe they sill.also regulatethinhs here.
