Hello, thank you for the question. In our original post, we mentioned that we were still updating our website. There are a number of updates we are making today (products, etc), on of those is our toll free number. We had to wait until it was released from LOC. Sorry for the confusion, it will be posted here and on our website. |

Thanks for the answer, trying to place an order for 10-pack, and getting timeout from payment processing site (using credit card). Don't want to get the card charged twice, is it better to wait or place order over the phone? Can you check status of the order? There was no email confirmation yet, I got confirmation of account creation. |

Hi,
I spoke directly with the CEO of the company earlier, and he sounded like a straight shooter, honest businessman.
I just placed my first order with them for a hosted 10 pack a few moments ago, and will report back on how they are doing.
The ordering process was simple and painless.
So far so good.

edit: Units are up and running and hashing away...will get an accurate total hashrate after a few hours as they fluctuate on the servers in the beginning.
Pretty quick from online order to start of hosting..so far i'm impressed. - Keep up the good work!

Glad I'm no longer dealing with that "businessman" Matt from MinerSource, that was a royal pain... Hope HE goes out of business.

Ordered 10 Gridseeders today - already see the hashes in my multipool account. That's fantastic!
I can also confirm, that my order I placed only hours ago, is now hashing on the pool I designated. OP has been very responsive to all my questions, even though I'm sure they are crazy-busy over there. $5 per month for hosting 10 miners is an awesome deal, considering electricity alone would cost that in most places. I look forward to taking delivery of my miners sometime in the future. I decided to take advantage of the ease of having them hosted and mining right away. (Judging by the photos on the website, http://gawminers.com, the miners looked all ready to mine. There was no delay in getting my hashes onto my pool.) GAW appears to be a company that runs different communication services, from ISP, to telecom, to other IT solutions. Bare with them them as they gear up their service; I look forward to controlling my hosted miner the online portal. GAW staff have already proved to be highly professional and knowledgeable in my short dealings with them thus far. If anyone has any questions about the experience or needs support, let's post here and help each other. Thanks. |

I decided to do some more research into the company and they seem legit! I've heard of GAW.com before, had a few customers use their ISP.

These do come with the USB cable, right? I just ordered one earlier today, then now realized the USB cable was never pictured, and there is nothing about it in the description. Am I going to have a useless ASIC miner in the next few days?
EDIT: Just called the number and spoke to a guy that said they have begun including the USB. Thanks!

I sent an eMail earlier asking about shipping with just about anything other than next-day shipping ...
USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx ground ... marathon runner relay ... anything else works!
$100 to ship 5 little boxes is kinda on the deep end when I don't need them tomorrow, the following day or so would work just great.
Looking to get 5 units to begin with.
