it's nice to see there is all ready an effort (kora) to fork qora - another reason not to release qora source code to early (I have a feeling that once it's released qora is going to be the reference source code in the complete altcoin 2.0 section).

I have pm qora ask him make a tutorial how to set up a node step by step but he didnt reply me. send him another PM. he works hard on answering every PM. I have an idea maybe someone here can be qora "assistant" - I am sure a lot of people are sending him PM about things that there is all ready simple answer on the forum. any PM to qora you can CC me as well and i will try to take some of the workload off him.

https://sharexcoin.com/ - 500 error for over 1 hour - no update from ziplibrary yet. reading on sharecoin thread ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=587051.6960) there was a sharecoin dump to 25 satoshi (about -90.00 % drop) - maybe someone found an exploit and that's why sharexcoin is offline.

Holding out on the code release would be the wisest course of action considering the wobbly fledgling status of this nascent coin

I have pm qora ask him make a tutorial how to set up a node step by step but he didnt reply me. On Windows: there are following steps: 1. Open wallet. 2. Don't let Windows Fire Wall block port 9084 3. (optional) If you want to hide wallet gui: add argument -disablegui like below: java -Xmx256m -Djava.library.path=libs/native -jar Qora.jar -disablegui 4. (optional)Adjust the memory java uses(depends on your computer): java -Xmx768m -Djava.library.path=libs/native -jar Qora.jar -disablegui 5.(optional) if you want to hide the dos window: create file run.vbs, its content is below: SET WSHSHELL = WSCRIPT.CREATEOBJECT("WSCRIPT.SHELL") WSHSHELL.RUN "run.bat",0 6. (optional) Adjust the max connection allowed: java -Xmx256m -Djava.library.path=libs/native -jar Qora.jar -disablegui maxconnections 100 7. double click run.vbs or run.bat Since there is a reward for running a node every week. It should run without -disablerpc parameter. The rpc port is 9085. Make sure port 9085 is reachable if you want to get the reward.

If I were to manage a project like this I would consider these high-level tasks and sub-tasks.
Here are my suggestions for Tasks/Sub-tasks. Priority would have to be assigned by task/sub-task and then communicated through a forum/online project excel file to begin with.
1. Infrastructure/Security
2. Wallet Development/Mobile
3. Website Development
4. Business Development
5. Marketing
6. Finances
It time to begin the work. I hope you stay on board in a leadership role - have you contacted dzarmush and rerunrod for committee development? I will volunteer for business dev, marketing and finance activities...not really a coder so those are the options by default.

Thank you for your vote of confidence. I would like to apply for a leadership role. Some of my experience includes implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning software (SAP) http://sap.com as a consultant in both private and public sector. I can dedicate project management time for Qora and investors. Industries:Public Sector Management (Budgeting and Grants Management) Defense Forces & Public Security (Department of National Defense) Manufacturing (Supply Chain Management) Banking (American Express - Business Analyst III for Global Merchant Services)The list goes on. I have been in IT for the past 20 years in various leadership and implementation roles. I have security clearance levels for Department of Defense type projects as well. That means I am kind of like Michael Jennings in the movie Paycheck. lol I would be glad to be part of Qora. Let me know. Regards If I were to manage a project like this I would consider these high-level tasks and sub-tasks.
