I would say that Fury has been the better fighter over their two fights and he has nothing to prove but it is Wilder that has everything to prove if he wishes to remain relevant.

For Fury fans, this is a good news since Fury is eager to finish their rivalry with Wilder.
If I would analyze his statement, I think he won't be too aggressive in this fight, instead he will be careful because even if he can't knock down Wilder, he can still win as he is the better boxer.. well, I hope no one will object here since we've seen in the past 2 fights of the two that Fury knows how to move being the taller fighter, so you guys should not worry that Fury will be hit but a one punch that would result to KO since he is aware of Wilder's power.

“Wilder Can Absolutely Blitz Me in One Round” – Tyson Fury Is Uncertain About Anthony Joshua Fight

It's good that Fury is not underestimating Wilder, we will be seeing a good fight because he is focus with their upcoming fight and not thinking of the future fight yet against Joshua.

I don't understand what do you mean by not too aggressive though, you mean Fury will wait for Wilder to get in and show his boxing skills? Fury won the second fight because he is the more aggressive fighter and pushing Wilder to the ropes, and most of one punch boxer are very uncomfortable when their backs are against the rope.

If he change strategy on the third fight and give Wilder confidence again, then it could be a different story and we might see a fourth fight.

Yes, the ball is really on Wilder side in this trilogy, he has to show his old version, I mean the fighter that has total control of his emotions inside the ring that doesn't look like to be intimidated at all. Fury is oozing with confidence, while Wilder looks defeated already. So we will see, again, this is a matter of who will adjust and wanted to more to win in the end.

He should patch up the things that he had done in to their last fights with Fury and overcoming it on what would it be because thats the only way that he would able to reclaim his glory.

I agree that Wilder should really be on his old self but with have some changes specially on counterattacking Fury's way of fighting. Dont focus on landing straight hard punches. He should at least

be moving out and on having that kind of tactic.Of course, Fury would really be prepared as well.So this one would really be a hella good of a fight.

Many people think Wilder will lose again against Fury, but I have a different response. I feel a fight that will happen 18th July 2020
Wilder will prove to the world that he is able to win the fight against Fury. Through the trailer the video uploaded by Wilder shows
that he is very ambitious to defeat Fury, I see the burning passion in Wilder. The match between Wilder vs Fury in Las Vegas was
very interesting and became a proving ground for Wilder.

The thing is there's no fight in July 18, 2020 as it was postponed, and no clear scheduled yet on when the fight will happen.

Report: Wilder-Fury III Postponed Amid Coronavirus Pandemic

Through the trailer the video uploaded by Wilder shows
that he is very ambitious to defeat Fury, I see the burning passion in Wilder. The match between Wilder vs Fury in Las Vegas was
very interesting and became a proving ground for Wilder.

The fact that Fury still believes that Wilder can beat him, that says a lot that although Wilder lose in their previous fight, he still has a chance to beat Fury in their 3rd fight, and if you look at the betting odds, Wilder is not too underdog, so that says respect to him.

Fury admitted that Wider can hurt him with one punch and worst would knock him down cold, you know, I'm just concern because I don't want to see another fight. But then, it's still up to the strategy they will draw for him, that's just my opinion, playing smart is very important especially if he is up to a big fight if he wins against Wilder.

Lol, his back is literally against the wall, he really need to win in this trilogy otherwise, he might retire or need to fight low level competition at least and win to be able to get a crack on either Fury or Joshua for the belt  I don't know what match are you referring to, but in the rematch, Fury won against Wilder so it wasn't a proving ground for Wilder.

Yes, the trilogy was only made possible due to the rematch clause on the last contract both signed.
We can read the full article about that rematch clause in in here, so it's an obligation that Fury have to comply, otherwise he might face a lawsuit which is not good for successful boxer.

This should be the last fight for both, and Fury has to beat Wilder so there will no more controversial talks about the two fighters.
It's time for Fury to get bigger fights as he deserve that and he knows how big he will be making in his next fight against AJ.

We have seen that Fury getting knock down by Wilder in the first fight and miraculously get up and finished the fight, so that's already given in the first fight. However, Fury get buff, much heavier in the rematch that's why is a different result and turn the table around by knocking down Wilder.

And the more the fight goes to the distance, the more it will be dangerous for Fury, yes he has length and good technical skills but if he is not going for a knock down/knock out we might see a fourth fight. His strategy on the rematch was perfect so he shouldn't change anything because that's the blue print on how to beat Wilder.

Because he really rely on his straight right hand to do the job for him. But with the Fury fight, it's very different specially in the second fight wherein he had trouble finding that range And Fury move a lot. It's hard to hit a moving target. Or don't let himself being push by Fury and use some upper cut and body shots to somewhat slow down Fury.

Fury's advantage in their last fight was his veteran's experience compared to Wilder and he managed to won that fight. But if Wilder gets something to show in this 3rd match, he can give Fury some hard fight and maybe get a rare situation where he can beat him. I also want to see this fight happens since I know how good these both fighters and surely they will give us another outstanding match-up we've never seen before.

I would say that Fury has been the better fighter over their two fights and he has nothing to prove but it is Wilder that has everything to prove if he wishes to remain relevant.
One punch knockout is all that Wilder has and he is hoping he could land that big punch and remain relevant and that is the only confidence he will be having coming into the third fight and he clearly knows that he was outclassed in both the fights but his ego will not accept that he wants to finds excuse for his defeats and that will not make him a better fighter. A fighter needs to understands his weakness from his defeat and make changes and i do not think Wilder has it what it takes to adjust to the situation and fight smarter.

<snip> .....The match between Wilder vs Fury in Las Vegas was
very interesting and became a proving ground for Wilder.
Is it a new fight or the previous fight? Basically, there is more to this fight, if anyone bet against fury to lose this fight against wilder might not be positive at the end. From the previous fight, I can boldly bet for fury against wilder because of his experience during the last fight. I could remember when wilder accused Joshua  against Ruiz jr fight as childish but couldn't face his opponent fury as Joshua did against Ruiz Jr. Hoping to see fury blow hot against wilder this time than before.

57 votes in the poll so far

46 vote for Fury
10 votes for Wilder
1 vote for a Draw

It is clear the majority of people voting here are going for a Fury win but keep the votes coming in so a clearer victory margin can be estimated.

The fact that Fury still believes that Wilder can beat him, that says a lot that although Wilder lose in their previous fight, he still has a chance to beat Fury in their 3rd fight, and if you look at the betting odds, Wilder is not too underdog, so that says respect to him.

Fury's advantage in their last fight was his veteran's experience compared to Wilder and he managed to won that fight.
Experienced how? I think Wilder is more a veteran boxer than Fury since he has the most fights and he is older than Fury.

Let's check the tale of the tape - https://www.si.com/boxing/2020/02/20/tyson-fury-deontay-wilder-rematch-tale-of-the-tape

But if Wilder gets something to show in this 3rd match, he can give Fury some hard fight and maybe get a rare situation where he can beat him. I also want to see this fight happens since I know how good these both fighters and surely they will give us another outstanding match-up we've never seen before.

He needs to prove something for him to win, he is in a different position now, in the last two fights, he was the champion, this time around he is the challenger. The only way to reclaim the confidence of the people to him is to beat Fury through a convincing win and that is a KO win to avoid controversy.

Looking at the amount of fights Wilder had he fought many nobodies in the game just like any other fighter coming up, the difference is that Fury started boxing at a really young age and he grew up with boxing as his father was a boxer while Wilder took boxing when he was 20 years old to support his family and that is a major difference. The reason Wilder is not that technically brilliant is because he started late and it is not easy to drill something new at a later age and his knockout power helped him throughout his career and when he faced a technical wizard he could not unleash the power and he lost the fight.

I think people would see the number of fights more than the quality of his opponents because not all of them have followed the journey of a certain boxer.
For me, I only now Wilder lately, some with Fury, and know AJ when he was loss against Ruiz, so I would just an average fan like me might see Wilder as a more experienced or veteran fighter according to his number of fights.

about fighting many nobodies, I think it's hard to prove that without a criteria, can you elaborate what are your basis calling a fighter nobody?

Public losing trust on Wilder?
If a fighter is refusing to accept defeat and start blaming on his outfit you think that the public would rally behind that fighter. Wilder was too confident in his punching power and he was arrogant moving up the division and everyone was banking on his knockout capability and Fury showed that punching power does not actually mean anything if you are not having technique and how can anyone vouch for Wilder after watching two fights.
