it looks like the EU pool is running again.

Yeah I can confirm that Cool
Looks like both of my miners have switched back to eu-solo-pool around 30 minutes ago without me doing anything. Many thanks to @ck for solving this issue!

@all have a good weekend and happy mining Smiley

Be careful with Nicehash.

The company was founded by a criminal:
https://coingeek.com/nicehash-co-founder-arrested-yet-again/
https://www.justice.gov/doj/case/united-states-v-matjaz-skorjanc-florencio-carro-ruiz-mentor-leniqi-and-thomas-kennedy

He served over 4 years in prison, convicted of computer fraud.

And in 2017, they stole from their own Nicehash customers:

So maybe someone knows other pools similar to this one? Specifically for solo mining?

we're over 110% overall pool luck and it seems someone is going for it with a large rental (over 1EH) or something - but..

I'm not sure because there's currently a huge discrepancy between the old stats and new stats page, see:

https://solo.ckpool.org/pool/pool.status shows:
"hashrate1m": "2.49E", "hashrate5m": "2.17E", "hashrate15m": "1.9E", "hashrate1hr": "1.04E",

https://solostats.ckpool.org/ shows:
1M 514 PH/s; 5M 838 PH/s; 15M 674 PH/s; 1HR 330 PH/s

I've refreshed both pages repeatedly but still am not sure if the 1HR hashrate has been over 1EH or about 330PH?!

Either way it doesn't matte to me, I hope a small miner gets a Block soon though Wink

Good luck ladies and gentlemen!

I've temporarily stopped using eusolo

Since the outage the other day connectivity to it has become unreliable very long ping times and dropped connections.

Some nasty gremlins hiding in the matrix somewhere.

Trying solo.stratum.braiins.com for a while to see how that goes since its in Europe.

OK, it appears that the new solo stats page isn't refreshing, the old page now shows 113% luck while the new page is stuck at 109%.. and there's (obviously) that discrepancy of the current hashrate, with the old page showing over 1EH for the last 1+ hours (nd far less shown on the new page).

The pool stats page couldn't cope with over 1EH so wasn't updating, but mining was unaffected. I've since updated the stats code to cope with it.

Mine on.

Hello everyone.
On antminer S21+ there are 10+ percent of rejected shares, while on series 19 and below I see less than 0.5 percent.
What could be the reason for this?

This a common occurrence or just something you noticed now? Likely not something to be worried about but can check to see hardware errors and  any other reported issue in your log. The S21 series have had their little run of issues, and finally is firmware is latest?

If this is the first time you noticed give them both a reboot and see if you get the same results.

Thanks for the answer.
The latest firmware, configured for the pool and saw 10-18% rejections, rebooting did not help and I had to move these ASICs to a regular PPS pool Undecided

The s21+ miner much like the s19+ and the s17+ were troubled miners.

I am sorry it is not working well on ck pool.

But I am not surprised that it is a poor miner.

My modded t21 two units are pretty much the best that bitmain made in the 21 series.

The only units better are the s21xp's but s21xp's cost big bucks.

Likely not something to be worried about

A 10% rejected share rate is definitely a concern. Since the miner operates fine on other pools and other miners (like the S19) perform well on CK Pool, this likely points to a compatibility issue between the S21+ and CK Pool. Of course, this assumes that both miners are on the same network and have similar latency to the pool.

To investigate further, you could try running ckproxy in a Docker container on Windows. Point the S21+ to the proxy, and then have the proxy forward traffic to CK Pool and possibly to another pool as a comparison. This setup could help reveal where the issue lies—whether it's with the miner's communication, the pool's protocol handling, or something else.

10+ percent is definitely a compatibility issue, maybe a problem with the bmminer version.
S21+ and S19 are in the same network in the same place.
Would you mind sharing a link to the manual for ck proxy and installation on Windows?

Wow, i have never seen such a hashrate on a pool before.
I hope this will not cause problems with the pool's performance.
Unfortunately, the user with this hashrate made himself private and it is impossible to monitor his progress.

Not a problem at all, the pool hardware is barely above idle.

I've been told this is the block party responsible:

Someone was very close, he must be very offended, the difference is less than 1 percent to the target.
